It seems however, you would rather deny REALITY because you seem to think that "secularism" is the bandaid fox for everything.
Well guess what Duquette, it's NOT.
But dream on.
Add BTW, catch any of the new 9/11 rememberances this week?
Nice one on the musueam at Ground Zero.
Of the many-two rather interesting relics worthy of mention come to mind-
One a page from the Bible-forever melted onto apiece of steel.

Guess what page of verses just happened to be immortally preserved for TIME Duquette.....
AND
The CROSS of Ground Zero......
agged, pagan-seeming tridents. A grief-exhausted excavator named Frank Silecchia found it on Sept. 13, 2001, two days after the terrorist attacks. A few days later, he spoke to a Franciscan priest named Father Brian Jordan, who was blessing remains at Ground Zero.
“Father, you want to see God’s House?” he asked.“Look over there.”
Father Brian peered through the fields of shredded metal.“What am I looking for?” he asked. Silecchia replied,“Just keep looking, Father, and see what you see.”
“Oh my God,” Father Brian said.“I see it.”
As Father Brian stared, other rescue workers gathered around him. There was a long moment of silence as he beheld what he considered to be a sign. Against seeming insuperable odds, a 17-foot-long crossbeam, weighing at least two tons, was thrust at a vertical angle in the hellish wasteland. Like a cross.
Ever since the two jets had slammed into the twin towers on Sept. 11, leaving 2,753 dead, Father Brian had been asked by countless New Yorkers,“Why did God do this?” He would reply tartly, in his Brooklyn-born accent:“It had nuttin’ to do with God. This was the actions of men who abused their free will.” Now here was God explaining Himself. It was a revelation, proof that “God had not abandoned Ground Zero,” even as the awful excavations continued...(Kenkins, S. "9/11 memorials: The story of the cross at Ground Zero". Washington Post. 9/8/2011)
Go ahead Duquette-promote your lunaTIC, judegit haters living in their little fantasy worlds--that apparently have NO CLUE of reality...let alone of DECENCY and RESPECT of and for OTHERS.
You UnAmerican, terrorist appeasing dirtbag.

Can you write a more contradictory statement? Hypocrite.

Chromiuman;
Stop voicing your incorrect opinion about my misdeeds.
When I lived my life based on my human nature , I knew what I was doing was wrong and went ahead and did it anyway.
In my arrogant self righteous and unbelieving state,I felt justified in what I was doing .
Much like Kitten Kodder and Witch in the Woods , I felt like I had done nothing in my life for which I needed to feel ashamed.
Foolishness ,self righteousness, unbelief and arrogance will deceive you into justifying your behaviour which you will condem in others.
Foolishness ,self righteousness and arrogance along with unbelief
play a majoe role in your human nature. I thought you were well aware of that..Obviosly ,,I misjudged you.
Thanks be to God and Christ , I was finally able to see myself as I really was.
That has wrought a big change in my life.
Atheists will ridicule that change due to their inability to understand .
When one comes to Christ , one does not become perfect...
What one does is confess their imperfections and seek the Lords guidance in eliminating those imperfections.
Always keeping in mind that there is a continuing struggle between the natural and the spiritual and that your human nature will continue trying to control you.
Again ,that is something an unbeliever will not understand.
BTW; Somethings that I find interesting;
I have never heard of a Christian who was addicted to drugs , denounced his belief in God ,started practicing Atheism and through those efforts was cured of his addiction.
I never heard of a Christian who was addicted to pornography or some other type of immoral behaviour ,renounced his belief in God ,staretd practicing Atheism and as a result was cured of his addiction.
On the other hand , I have seen the opposite, converting from an unbeliever to a believer , has cured many people who are afflicted by that type of sickness or behaviour.
Then again , you may fall into that group , who based on their arrogance ,unbelief and self righteousness do not feel a need to be ashamed of anything they have ever done.
No more nonsense regarding;
When i do something wrong , I go and apologize to the person I offended and make amends. That is not hgow human nature works.
We are quick to do that which is wrong and very, very slow at admitting our faults...
There are many examples of that and why it is a fallacy.
"I knew what I was doing was wrong and went ahead and did it anyway.
In my arrogant self righteous and unbelieving state,I felt justified in what I was doing ."

Now that you are in a "believing state" you are still arrogant, self righteous and you obviously feel justified. You've make statements that are incorrect and continue to repeat them even after being accurately corrected throughout several discourses. First time could be an error, second time an oversight, but the fifth, seventh and dozenth time? You have >never< apologized for dishonesty. How does that make my opinion incorrect?

So does the Koran dirtbag.
What's your point?
You have NONE?
YOu figure out the verse melded forever in time, found on the Bible page amongst the rubble of JIHADIST (NOT Christian) inflicted hell at Ground Zero yet , DIRTBAG?
My point is, both the Koran and the bible are books that demand murder of non believers. The Muslims carried out one of these orders on 9/11. Need we have more evidence to show those sorts of faith based books not be taught as truth or good morality?

Yes, I remember 9/11. It was the day I started questioning blind faith in books and tradition. It was when I started to understand how religion is a harm to society.

SS was probably banned from Topix for being ill mannered.
The action taken against him in the Courts was due to his being on the Internet illegally.
I heard that Chrom snuck him into the American internet via a posting of an Email to Topix.
Chrom himself may be investigated for aiding and abetting an illegal fictitious non existent individual.
Under Kentucky law , it is a felony to smuggle nonexistent entities across state lines.

Their is nothing in atheism to practice. So no one is likely to claim atheism as a cure for anything. Now a person might find some philosophy in the world other than those of the religious sort to find help with problems. You see, as we have told you over and over again but you are to stupid to comprehend is, atheism has no philosophies to follow. Atheism is simply a lack of belief in your tale.

I as an atheist stopped drinking. It had nothing to do with atheism or Christianity. It had more to do with an understanding of what is bad about drinking in excess and having some will power.

Huh? If you KNEW it was wrong, then WHY did you do it?

That is the difference between you and me.
If I feel that it would be wrong to do something, I DON'T DO IT.

But it's not what it sounds like.... After making a speech telegraphing that any strike on Syria would be Unbelievably Small and still finding no support for bombing Syria the White has leaked it will use the traditional Islamic method for showing anger and disdain at your enemy and send a squadron of B2 Stealth bomber with a Payload of Left Boots... Stating the dropping both left and right boots could in some way aid the enemy, dropping the left boot only would cause ciaos while having limited collateral damage.... Kerry stated that it would be a very short, very targeted, very limited strike that will absolutely deter the future use of chemical weapons...
