man, I'm sure glad consumer confidence doesn't drive the economy or we would be in serious trouble,
Leah Schnurr, Reuters
Financial fears hit consumer confidence in Jan.
Consumer confidence dropped in January to its lowest level in more than a year as Americans were more pessimistic about the economic outlook and their financial prospects, according to a private sector report released on Tuesday.
The Conference Board, an industry group, said its index of consumer attitudes fell to 58.6 from an upwardly revised 66.7 in December, falling short of economists' expectations for 64. It was the lowest level since November 2011.

World unemployment seen hitting record this year
World unemployment could top record levels this year and continue rising until 2017, the International Labour Organization (ILO) said on Tuesday in its annual employment report.
2009 currently stands as the worst recorded year for world unemployment, with 198 million people across the globe without work.
In its 2013 Global Employment Trends report, the ILO forecasts unemployment numbers will rise by 5.1 million in 2013 to reach 202 million, topping 2009's record.
The report also predicts unemployment will rise further in 2014 to reach 205 million.

Do you realize, your own words are hypocritical of each other?
You stated "Bush did not try and partial-birth abortion is less than 1%."
Yet, in all of YOUR infinite splendor spouted: "the five rightwing justices will never overturn Roe vs. Wade."
.....then dear one, Bush tried. He was overturned.
You stated it, not I about the justices.
Why, do humans glorify in making battles to support abortions???
Why, why, why?

what do all these geniuses have in common?
Asked if he smoked cannabis in an interview before becoming the mayor of New York, he replied "You bet I did. And I enjoyed it."
The US president has admitted to using cocaine and marijuana. In his autobiography he wrote he liked "pot" and "maybe a little blow when you could afford it".
The shadow business secretary has admitted smoking cannabis as a teenager.
Clinton famously smoked but didn't inhale

It took six (6) days but Obamadrama finally remembered to congratulate P.M. Binjamin Netanyahu on re-election.(our ally)
Although, Obama was right on top of it when he congratulated Chavez (our enemy) on his re-election.
I bet it broke Obama's heart to congratulate Netanyahu....

When Reagan gave amnesty to 3 million Illegals, he said later, "that was the biggest mistake I made as the president"...SECURE THE BORDERS FIRST ...
But, Obama said today, we have to take care now of 11 million illegals...why so many illegals? Why so many with expired visas? Why didn't "WE" follow an immigration laws, Mr. President we already have on the books? What than, those 11 million to bring their fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters? Why encouraging others...how many more illegals are we going to have 20 yrs from now?
Demographically America changed and those now illegals are not chosen by an immigration with diplomas, but most of them are poor...they're future DEMOCRATS ...

Former Harvard Business School Prof Blasts Bush
Business scholar says president was 'shallow,''flippant' in 1970s class
Tsurumi—now a professor of international business at Baruch College in the City University of New York—said he remembers the future president as scoring in the bottom 10 percent of students in the class.
The White House did not reply to requests for comment on Bush’s time at HBS.
Tsurumi said he particularly recalls Bush’s right-wing extremism at the time, which he said was reflected in off-hand comments equating the New Deal of the 1930s with socialism and the corporation-regulating Securities and Exchange Commission with “an enemy of capitalism.”
“I vividly remember that he made a comment saying that people are poor because they’re lazy,” Tsurumi said.
Tsurumi also said Bush displayed a sense of arrogance about his prominent family, including his father, former U.S. President George H.W. Bush.
“[George W. Bush] didn’t stand out as the most promising student, but...he made it sure we understood how well he was connected,” Tsurumi said.“He wasn’t bashful about how he was being pushed upward by Dad’s connections.”
Tsurumi said that the younger Bush boasted that his father’s political string-pulling had gotten him to the top of the waiting list for the Texas National Guard instead of serving in Vietnam. When other students were frantically scrambling for summer jobs, Tsurumi said, Bush explained that he was planning instead for a visit to his father in Beijing, where the senior Bush was serving at the time as the special U.S. envoy to China.

Washington takes the tax payer's money to pay for abortion/murder.
Why is my rights being denied while a person who aborts another person is having her sin paid for with my money?
