It could not of happened to a better prick and yes he will do some time or I will personally go to Frankfort or Washington and ask where is justice in this country. They will not differentiate because he played with balls at UK or whatever, I have a friend that took money from tobacco farmers while working with kentucky agriculture in the 80's and he did 60 months. So Richie got an education at UK and I'm sure that degree didn't teach him how to use the system for personal benefit or how to steal, cheat, lie, get women, use tax payers money for personal gain and tried to run for governor, now that would have been a mistake. Mr.playboy will never run this state. So no plee deal or probation or I will do my own research on past people that has done more time and less crime. He probably did take money from farmers to let them grow as much tobacco as they want and that is nothing compared to this but I am sure Robert Stivers may have some say in this matter to help or he will stay out of it totally. Scot madden is next I hope and pray.

If he does go to prison, I bet it will be the "white collar" prison in Manchester.
That way, he can play golf with other cronies of his ilk.
Also, he'll be close to home, and will not have to establish new "connections", lol.
If he is in fact indicted and is sent to prison, he WOULD NOT be sent to FCI Manchester. The reason being is that they will not incarcerate you in your own home area, and they do cross check references against all of the guards in a federal prison. That makes it way harder for you as an inmate to attempt to use your family influence or bribery against one of the guards, this coming straight from the mouth of a federal prison guard. That's why when Lawrence Hodge, the former sheriff of Whitley County was sentenced to the big house, he was not placed anywhere in Kentucky. He was placed in Marysville, Ohio, where he is still located. Daugh White, Manchester's former mayor, is still pulling time at Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, the very same pokey that Jimmy Hoffa was sent to for 5 yrs.

I checked in to see what the locals were saying in Manchester. WOW!
What I don't understand is why Farmer was charged--damn the evidence. You see, I know of a case in McCreary County that involved illegal drug distribution, violations of state law by public officials, interstate fraud, stalking and threatening, etc., that actually resulted in a person's death and the feds have done absolutely nothing. Sounds like selective prosecution to me.
Dr. Williams was handing out drugs like Christmas candy, the feds did nothing. It took the Clay County sheriff and the State Medical Board to put him out of business--not the U.S. Attorney's office or the DEA.
No justice, folks, no justice.

Ritchie done been a player for them Cats. That makes him a state wide hero. I loves Richine Farmer same as I loves Coach Cal. They says bad things about them that ain't true. Ritchie Farmer done nothing wrong. Them democraits is framing him. The knows that Ritchie would be govermer some day and they wants to git rid of him.

Them Cats have don more good for this state than any other bunch. Us in the Big Blue Nation loves them Cats. It is a shame what they don to Richie. They needs to ketch them crooks what is cooking dope and robing people and let good guys like Ritchie alone.

Ritchie ain't stole nothing. He ain't no bastard. He is framed. I reckon you is one of them types what framed Ritchie. You is a Card fan. It was that Looserville bunch what done that.
We in Clay County and the rest of Kentucky air proud of Ritchie. He is one of them Cats. They is heroes to all the little boys and girls and their mommas and daddies too.

I have to wonder if all this would have happened if him and david williams had of won the governers seat.
I seriously doubt it. Isnt the legal system wonderful here in America.
Just think. williams is now a judge here in kentucky. All those poor souls that have to go in front of him should probably have him as a cell mate instead of him being the judge that sentences them.
Ritchie would have won the thing if that Williams was any count. Williams had a big mough and that is all. I hopes that I don't get caught and have to go before Williams. What have you got? Williams is a judge cause they wanted to git rid of him and they is framing Ritchie. It blows my mine what they is doing to Ritchie. He is a hero to us all. Once a Cat always a Cat. Them Looserville people is doing this. No real Kentuckien would do setch a thing.

That big chicken - sh*t, pleaded "not Guilty" doesn't have the balls to admit that he stole all that stuff, and now wants everyone to think he is innocent. No guts, qualify's him for "coward" status.

I love how they call it misuse of state funds instead of what it really is, theft. He is a thief, plan and simple.
