Dope is gonna catch up with alot of ppl around here over the upcoming years. I feel sorry for them in a way. But they chose their own demise.

I just reply to all three comments at once. Yes he was found dead this morning. Don't know about the overdose he was sent for an autopsy. And he never died at his Dad's house. He died at his home on Sycamore Ridge, needless to say his dad had spent the last couple of nights with Brandon. But what good did that do? Russell is a druggie and sorry piece of crap for a father. I never seen him shed one tear this morning. and for "sad" yes dope is going catch up with a lot of people, but can you actually say that everyone right down to the last cousin in your family does not have a drug problem? I seriously doubt it, but if you can say that then God has blessed your family. You best be thankful and not on here talking about someone else's death. Believe me when DEATH knocks on your door you are never ready for it and you most definitely do not know when that is going to happen.

Now if anyone would like to leave a happy memory of Brandon, please feel free to do so. Otherwise if you have something bad to say I will be praying for you. I will not be feeding anymore trolls on here.

Crystal, you are right, dope has affected almost every family including mine. People who have never used it for the first time need to have better sense and willpower than to ever start it. The epidemic has went on long enough that there should not even be anyone wanting to mess with it for the first time. For those that are addicted, I feel for them.

I agree with alot of what has been posted on this topix. I didn't know brandon but i have met him a few times. Drugs have touched everyones lives in clay county in one way or another. It is so sad at all the waste of lives that have come from it. I think better education about addiction would help alot and better treatment programs. The addiction itself is really expensive but in my experience the treatment is even more expensive. It is just sad because drugs is a really bad choice that many people have made for themselves. As far as the post about selling drugs to young people go, come on and get serious, STOP selling drugs to anyone. Yes it destroys a young persons life, but these moms and dads that are addicted are destroying their childrens lives as well.

these foreign dr.s need to stop with the candy they are giving out left and right but they gotta keep u coming back. how come people are in so much pain now? years ago tylenol 3 or a darvocette was all u ever got unless u had cancer. now people act like they cant move unless they are pilled the end woe to the sellers who have their part in this havoc mess. i would hate to think that anyone may have died on my medicine. its blood money. i dont know this young man and im not saying he over dosed i sincerly hope he didnt. but these pills are to ready available for the old and young for a price. it needs to stop and people who get this medicind every month need to be thined out.but i would say for that to happen the dr.s would just have to quit writing precriptions and i just wonder how many would go to a dr. and sit 3-4 hrs. if they werent getting pain med.sorry for the loss of another young man

now i must say its not the dr.s faults thes ppl is OVER DOING it.. the DRS sometimes is honestly tryin to help these lie bags pain tolerance. if u go in a dr and complain with ur bak hurtin so bad should they say NOPE... ok that has happn to me and its sad' so DRs cant just say NO to ppl when they say they are c rying in pain... for xample wal=mart sales guns, are they to blame for sucides and murders? I THINK NOTTT ya im sorry for that guys family and i really hate to hear of an overdose death. i have been clean and sober for a few yrs now i KNOW how tuff it is honey trust me but if someone kills themselfs weather its accident or intentionaly' its their on baby ya cant justify what someone wants to do by blamin OTHERS.......just an input
so sad

I went to high school with him. Sad to hear he died. You can't blame doctors it's not their faults. It's the fault of the user for becoming one in the first place. I have a horrible condition where I absolutely could not get out of bed or move without some type of pain meds, but there is a difference in taking the recommended dose then taking the amount users take. In most cases Dr.'s use antidepressants and less addictive drugs for chronic pain patients such as nubain or stadol. If you have chronic pain you should not be put on oxycontin or morphine or any of that. Those drugs are only for acute pain such as cancer pain. At any rate even if the doctor prescribes it please be careful what you put in your bodies. Also please be respectful of this young man and his family. Keep them in your prayers!

Everytime I go to the Dr with pain they tell me to get IBP to help with the pain. I do not use drugs and I dont even drink. But someone faking there pain can get anything. I broke my ankle they gave me a pain pill while I was there and sent me home with IBP. How far is that?. Some Drs will give anyone anything while most others would raither watch u suffer in pain. I do believe though that most Dr's just give you what u want to get rid of you. But oh well. I am sorry for his family and will keep them in my heart. Along with Stacey's family.
