Same old crap from democrat hack, you know what we used corncobs for when I was young . That just what this corncob fit for, for you young people who don't know, we used corncobs to wipe our rumps on. Sad indeed people like democrat hacks use the same thing year end and year out, them old mean republicans got all the money. Well corncob check out your buddies like bill gates, Clinton, john Kerry, harry reid, or and number of other rich democrats. Here news for you people this hack want tell you, reason they so mad at cruz and others is they wanted all government employees that includes senator representatives and the president to have to be under obamacare. that should tell you democrats and the old remnant of the republicans feel they are above all us common folks, I bet corncob and some others be in here saying that is a lie. That never come from fox news, rush Limbaugh or who ever you wacky jobs think is right wing that was on c-span.

Both McConnell and Paul need to be thrown out of office. Look at the havoc they've helped create in this country. We need to get rid of the Tea Party and save the US before it is too late.

Grimes can beat that self serving mcconnell if all the voters that are sick of him will get up off their butt and go vote.
His agenda has been transparent for a decade or so. I cant understand why he keeps getting voted back in time after time. It was clear as a bell to me after his first term what he was all about.
I guess some people would rather vote republican all the way regardless of what the republican candidate has on their mind. He has worked very hard to keep Kentucky at the bottom of the barrell all while enriching himself to the tune of somewhere between 16 and 32 million dollars.
All on a taxpayer funded salary he approved, they now get paid 174,000 a year. Does that equal 16 million over a 30 year period? My calculations come up with a little over 5 million in 30 years.
Sure makes me wonder where he got the rest of those millions.

What gets me to hear all the democrat hacks talk only republicans gets the high salaries, both parties are over paid and over rated. That is why so many old republicans and the democrats hate the tea party, they want to limit the pay, have term limit of 2 terms and make them balance the budget. Funny how all time you hear them old rich republicans and with the use of your brain and little effort you find democrats are just as rich.

FRANKFORT, Ky.(AP)- Democrat Alison Lundergan Grimes has raised more money than Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell since July, banking $2.5 million as of Sept. 30.

Grimes political adviser Jonathan Hurst said Tuesday the campaign received more than 13,300 individual contributions, showing what he described as widespread grassroots support.

Youngun's, An American is trying to scare you with this socialist agenda talk. He thinks that is all the Democrats are pushing. He will not tell you the Republicans are really backed by corporate America who is out to buy all the elected officials including keeping the biggest they have like Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz and Rand Paul on THEIR staff. It is unbelievable what corporate America wants to strangle the middle and lower classes with! We will be the ones who pay for everything and have reduced Social Security and Medicare benefits. They are out to reduce those. Will an American fess up? No.

As a hard core republican, at this point I hope Mitch wins the primary. That way I can vote against him twice. Liberals are nothing more than vile human beings but better to know your enemy than be fooled time and again by Mitch, Hal and the gang of "whatever it takes to get re-elected".

Did any of you see good old harry reid say we all want to pay more taxes, well wish he get in my face and ask me. I can tell you one thing any hard working person would tell that poor excuse for a man just what they think of him and taxes. Now I know the democrat hacks be saying oh you want tax breaks for just the rich and big corporations, sorry if that is the world you live in then you just as big a waste of a person as harry is. If anyone works hard gets their wealth honestly then more power to them, at least they don't get it like most politicians, of the tax payers. All you democrat hacks can do is call names and bitch about wealthy people, but like good little mind numb robots you spout out what your democrat politicians and the media say. Can not one of you fools say something other then what is repeated every election, say who in your party is not rich that is holding office. Oh yea this grimes or what ever her name is she just another typical politician, runs to Hollywood, or out of state donors same as McConnell. Check out these candidates before running out to be their mouth pieces not knowing anything other then they belong to same party as you do.

Gunther wrote:
<quoted text>You are wrong about blaming republicans for this......Obama has been unwilling to negotiate...“He seems to be able to talk with the Iranian rulers, but not the congressional leaders,” Alexander said.“Our goal is fairness to the middle class, fairness for the taxpayer.… This stubbornness in the face of reasonableness will not be good for our country, will not be good for either political party, it will not help us to achieve the kind of result on this and other issues that the Founders intended by creating a system of checks and balances in our democratic form of government.”
Alexander said each of the proposals by House Republicans has sought to fund the government while being fair to the American people and negotiating under the constitutional system of checks and balances the Founders created. The proposals have included:
Being fair to the middle class by delaying the individual mandate requiring Americans to purchase health insurance. The president has already delayed at least seven major provisions of the law, Alexander said, including the employer mandate requiring businesses to provide employees with insurance or pay a penalty.
Being fair to taxpayers by repealing the tax on medical devices, which Alexander has said “is increasing the costs of life-saving medical devices for everyone and killing good jobs for Tennesseans.”
Treating the American people the same as Congress is treated.
Initiating conference negotiations between the House and Senate to discuss how to fund the government.
Gunther what the heck makes you think President Obama should negotiate?!!

This is something that was passed, put into law, objected to, taken to SCOTUS who decided it was constitutional and approved. Where is the NEED to negotiate on this? It is not there. To negotiate would be to accept the Republican desire to repeal this law. That is not part of the deal and is not going to happen.
