I think you shouldn't be able to take that crap, and work anywhere. I think you should have to sit your ass home until you become clean.(Which is never) Thats just one more person my tax dollars support. Why would you even get on here and ask a question like that you low life. There are good people who aren't druggies looking for jobs, who have families to feed, and are honest, and don't do drugs. YES that crap is a drug. I know many many many people that has taken it and said that it DOES make you high. You are not even supposed to operate a vehicle with that stuff in your system! So to answer your question, no I doubt that they would hire someone with a trace of that in their system. I know that Rockhouse Creek Dev. stopped hiring people with that in their systems because they would fall asleep all night long, and wasn't getting any work done. So you know if they quit hiring at rockhouse they surely aren't going to at Cleveland Cliffs.

Your tax dollars dose not pay for methadone. It cost alot to do the rehab and its out of their pocket not yours and I do agree it is just another legal way to get high, but some ppl have to get help in order to come off their addiction but the truth is it is 10 times worse coming off the methadone then it is for any drug. SUBOXONE is the safe way to detox from drugs and again your tax dollars is not paying for it do a little research before you get on here talking smack that you know nothing about. and the STATE does not pay for this treatment and I think it has to be a special drug test just in order to check for these drugs I know for a fact that a basic drug test does not test for either one and the drug test cost alot that does detect these to certain drugs all you have too do is some research on this topic and it will tell you all you need to know

My stepdaughter is addict. She has lost everything including her RN license and three children because of her addiction. Her mother pays for hers. She was arrested spent five days in jail never had a dose and is alive and kicking. She survived without it but sure once it is available she will use the opportunity to have a legal high again:)

I hope to hell NOT!!! Even on Methadone your impaired!!! Don't want my loved ones to get killed because of people's drug habits. Methadone and Suboxone are both horrible treatment plans where most people NEVER get clean and stay that way. If people would read up on both of these forms of treatment they would see the truth about them. Go to a in patient treatment or detox then stay away from the crowd that you ran with before. It's all in the mind after you over come the withdrawals. Methadone and Suboxone are both so called drug treatments but I say they are just MONEY makers for these clinic's and doctors. Cash and Carry....

Couldnt hold down a job and so forth... HAD NOTHING!... Then he went to the clinic... and got on Methadose... Now he has a job a family and is doing damn good... For you saying that.. That someone is going to kill your family ... You probaly pass that someone on Methadone every day of your life... If there so imparied then why would the DMV not step in and take there operators...Or why would they ever be let to work anywhere... Its dumb ass ppl like you that set backa nd judge when you in fact dont understand what the hell it is like to come off drugs...!

I am here to tell you all that Suboxone works. Me and my husband was doing about 3 80's a day a piece for about 3 years. We had lost about everything. We had CPS breathing down our neck and we knew we needed to do something. We researched Methadone and Suboxone and figured Suboxone was right for us. We were on that for about a year and as of today, we have been clean from everything for well over 2 years now. We are clean as a whistle. So we are fine examples of, if you REALLY want to get clean from the stuff you can. The only people that get on here running their mouth is the ones that have never had an addiction to anything.

I DID NOT say that my tax dollars pay for methadone. I said that my tax dollars supported people on methadone because they will not/cannot work!! If it does require a special drug test, most of the coal mines are paying the extra amount. Just for the record. I know people that go to the methadone clinic personally. They have all told me about them bringing female inmates to the METHADONE CLINIC for treatment because they are prego. It was WG matter of fact. I guess her family sends her money to buy the 14.50 a day dose don't they? NOT!! STATE PAYS FOR IT!!! so get your facts straight, nurse. The state WILL pay for it and they DO pay for it. Read the post thoroughly before you start running your mouth!

Sounds to me that I hit a sore spot for you and if they have a script for it then there is nothing know one can do, addiction is a very hard thing to over come and methadone does work as long as you dont abuse it. And if the state pays for it then why do some ppl say it is cheaper doing there drugs because they can not afford the first payment and I do have my fact straight I know several ppl that has tried to get help from the state and got turned down being in jail and Pregnant yeah they will but jus a average Joe then NO I have dealt with stuff like this I have worked at the methadone clinic in Charleston SO I DO KNOW MY FACTS DO YOU??????????

It is important to question treatment centers and learn the truth about their programs. Trading one opiate drug for another is not acceptable treatment and promises of weaning off of these drugs are nearly impossible, rarely done with any success and very misleading.

Many Methdone clinics are making available the Suboxone treatment as a way of keeping their patients. We would never use other replacement addicting opiates, often prescribed by physicians and detox centers, such as Suboxone/Subutex (Buprenorphine) or injectable Buprenorphine. These schedule III controlled opiate drugs under The Federal Controlled Substance Act are routinely and widely used and approved by the FDA for opiate addiction maintenance, like Methadone. Many patients find themselves in the same situation as they were before, after switching to a Suboxone/Subutex drug treatment from their methadone clinic, a private doctor or a drug rehabilitation center. We have heard of some in-patient rehab centers also using schedule II controlled liquid Hydrocodone and Dilaudid "cocktails". Patients soon realize these replacement drugs cause severe withdrawal once they are discharged from these programs. This causes the patient to seek opiates for relief from the severe discomfort of a Buprenorphine or a replacement opiate withdrawal. The use of these drugs for treatment of opiate addiction is merely switching one opiate drug for another, setting the patient up for failure. This does not solve the patient's drug addiction problem.
While recovery from Suboxone addiction can be painful, the right procedure can greatly reduce discomfort.

Suboxone / Subutex / Buprenorphine withdrawal can be a painful process, particularly after heavy use. Symptoms are typically experienced within 36 hours of stopping the use and can last up to several weeks after, depending on the intensity of Suboxone use. Symptoms of Suboxone withdrawal can include severe anxiety, sweating, malaise, anxiety, depression, cramp-like pains in the muscles, leg kicking (kicking the habit), severe and long lasting sleep difficulties (insomnia), diarrhea, goose bump skin (cold turkey), cramps, abdominal pain, dehydration, convulsions, thoughts of suicide and fever. Some patients complain that these symptoms last up to 2-5 weeks. All of these symptoms can be quite pronounced, causing the patient to experience such intense and uncomfortable symptoms that a “cold turkey” withdrawal can be very uncomfortable, causing the patient to revert back to their original drug use. Many patients have said the withdrawal is worse than it would be for their original opiate.
Side effects: Drowsiness, dizziness, weakness, constipation, headache, nausea, or vomiting, slow, shallow breathing, mental and mood changes, depression, stomach/abdominal pain, dark urine, yellowing eyes and skin, vision changes. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

Whether a person is taking Suboxone or methadone, the body will still be physically dependent on opioids as long as this treatment is continued, but it can make all the difference in the world to some folks — if there is a desire for freedom from addiction. Neither drug will work wonders by itself. Recovery is a process that, much like a car or truck, requires constant tuning and retuning, reflection, effort, persistence, and a good knowledge base. Coupled with an experienced drug counselor, support group meetings—whether Narcotics Anonymous, Alcoholics Anonymous, or SMART Recovery—and a positive attitude help pave the highway to a drug-free life, a life worth living.

So here are you some facts about your WONDER DRUG treatment.
