They have books they assign the kids at my child's school-she brings them home everyday from CMS, so what school does you child attend as I have had my child at LMS and CMS in the past three years and this has been the case in both schools. Man Middle evidently does the same as I had to buy a schience book last year and it came from Man Middle School.

Tommorow is the day! If you don't vote on the levy, you have no reason to gripe. The next general election is May 2010 and three board seats are up- two from this area.

I just looked at the sample ballot in the Logan Banner and there are no board members up for election. Who are the "new people" we should vote for?

I vote to give paper and pencil to the students.
I vote to give textbooks to the students.

If you're not getting the materials at Man Middle School that your child needs, that the administration's responsibility, not the county's. When my daughters were at Man High, the teachers always had books, construction paper, markers, colored pencils, glue, etc. for them to use in the classroom. These things were provided by the levy money.

Other things are in the levy, but I haven't seen anything that would justify me voting against the levy and against things for students.

As the children already have enough to deal with and I want my child to have every advantage the levy has given him and hope it continues to give him!

I did not vote yes for this, because that should be paid by the schools not by the people, we have enought to pay in taxes, and besides the elder do not even have children in schools, it is not right to charge everyone for these taxes.
