I find this fact simply amazing!! 1/2 of Sherrodsville was NEVER counted due to the fact most people have Post Office Boxes. I wonder how many other towns there are where residents were not counted. I know for a fact that Carroll County has two more residents than in 2000, I gave birth to them!
