Dewayne Spaw is a "karaoke cowboy" country singer. Played Labor Day weekend in Paden CIty West Virginia last year to a whopping 20 - 25 people. Some how he is back this year. What a waste of money when they could have got some real live music. Sorry, but popping out of an RV and singing to Karaoke tracks just doesn't get it. High pay and no crowd. Wish he would cut everybody a break and cancel. Dewayne is not too popular in PC.
