couldn't find the article, but there is a man that sells reclaimed lumber, hand hewed beams, and sawn beams and complete timber frames in hinckley ohio. he also has foundation stones, outhouses and other architectural features.

he is on west 130th street about a mile north of state route 3. look for the mill stone hanging from post out front.

if you have an old timber frame barn he does have the equipment to disassembly it for you.

After the hood rats have stripped the inner city homes of their Al Umineum, simply strip the old wood siding off and make any fagotino looking thing you want.

Damn, why is the article not here?

Thanks to the two people who left suggested vendors!

I found the ohio antique lumber website and will take a road trip to hinckley soon as well!

I've been hunting around, calling Lumber Mills in Cleveland for help/guidance and getting no help, some even angry for being bothered. In my business when someone calls me and is uneducated and in the wrong barking up the wrong tree, I do my best to point them in the right direction.

Are there any good online forums for ohio area amatuer/hobbyist furniture builders?

Waynesburg Ohio on S.R. 43 Between Waynesburg and Malvern on the northside of the Hwy. Barn Beams, Siding, etc. waiting for you to pick up. Also there is Fox Auto salvage, one of the largest in the state, they have everything, for cars and trucks.

I'm looking at google maps now and it looks like 3 runs parallel to west 130th, is it possible she meant about a mile north of state route303, those actually intersect,?

route 3 runs diangonally where it crosses west 130th. in fact west 130th ends at route 3 [weymouth road].

this vendor is a mile or so south of where laurel road crosses west 130th. if you are using google maps there is a larger barn set at an angle off the road a bit. on the road, look for a sign post with a grinding wheel being used as a counter weight.
