if you guys are so big and so proud of your company. Why do your sales reps claim that your operating under another name in ohio due to making a bad name for yourselves in GA? I spoke with a neighbor who has an aspen roofing estimate but another company name on the yard sign in their front yard?

you are misinformed and have no idea about the insurance industry or what it takes to restore homes to their condition before the storm occurred. It sounds like sour grapes to me. I have worked for aspen for two years. We have worked 12 to 14 hours a day restoring homes and lives. All the while we give up our home and our familys and our lives to serve and help others. You have absolutely no idea!! The next time you see an Aspen salesman or an adjuster, why not try thanking them for all they have given up to serve you and help restore your property and your dream.

This company is a group of carny type salesmen...traveling from storm to storm. They exploit the homeowner with the "hit & get" mentality. They use the cheapest materials available & horrible installation standards. Once an area is "worked out," they move on to the next leaving the homeowner with no REAL warranty or recourse.

Protect yourself...use local, manufacturer & insurance recommended contractors. If they have time to knock on your door & can afford to pay canvassing salespeople...you're not getting the best work & materials! Simple logic!
