20 more WELFARE/DRUG dealers BUSTED !

20 more welfare drug dealers were busted today. They are getting prescriptions for controlled substances, free of charge, on medicaid, and then they sell these drugs to other people.
In a way, it reminds you of the welfare folks that go in and buy $200 worth of soda at price chopper with their benefit card, take it outside, dump it, and then bring the empty cans back into the store to get bottle refunds to buy beer with.
What can to be done with these animals? They misuse all of the freebies that they can get without having a shred of respect for the taxpayers that provide for them.
I know people that are not old enough for social security and don't have any medical insurance, that have to go without medications that are needed for real issues, not like these "oxy's" and "hydros" that the welfare folks are selling by the handfuls.
How long are we, as a community, who are struggling ourselves to get by going to put up with these scammers?

In a number of communities across Franklin County, New York, state police acted on cases they had been working on for months.
Bob Cook and his girlfriend, Lowrie Jones, live next to a Malone home, where police say 26-year-old Charles Fuller sold prescription pills.
"They were bound to catch him," said Cook.
Cook says he grew suspicious of fuller over the past six months.
"Cars would come and go all the time," said Cook.
In a news conference Tuesday police announced they arrested 23 people.
It was a year-long operation that used more than 40 officers.
A troubling fact for police, ten of the suspects sold pills that they got from Medicaid dollars.
"I think the fact that these people continue to pray on the healthcare system and we're paying for it and they're selling it to make more off it. There's definitely a big issue there," said Malone Police Chief Chris Premo.
Another new trend they've noticed is people come to Franklin County thinking they won't get in trouble.
"A lot of people from the city are seeing people arrested for the same type of sales receiving medical diversion, which is somewhat like a probation sentence," said Franklin County Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Crawford.
But they say that won't be the case here as prosecutors say these suspects face up to nine years in prison.
Police say Tuesday's sting is only the beginning.
They plan to make several more drug-related arrests before the end of the summer.

Enough to make me puke as I work my rear off to pay bills and I have co-pays on my health ins. While the scumbags sell drugs that I in part pay for . Pop out another baby to drain the system and up your government income you crap heads. You make me sick

This really makes me so upset.
To think I worked all my life now I pay over $300.00 a month for health ins. and these poor uneducated people live making a living by selling pres. pills.. Dont they ever think what their childern will do when they grow up?
They have no dignity no plans on getting a job just live off the gov, then take advantage of it by selling the pills.
Another thing I wonder is why are the Drs. giving these pills out so freely. These people are all young and shouldn.t need pain pills .Send them to a chiorpractor if they have a bad back or a headache. Sorry I blame the Drs. and the welfare system. Put their butts to work and make them work for what they get.

Consider this your tax dollars will now go to housing them in a jail and still providing health care. They will get three meals a day, cable tv, medication a warm bed. While the working class struggle to saty employed and feed their families. Tell me now, does our Justice system work? Until the Federal & States look at revamping our judicial system, your tax`dollars will be blown on these types of crimes and criminals. Why is there a high unemployment? Because we have too much wasted money going to stuff like this. Here are some examples of ways we can put this economy on track - Financially Cap all Elections and fundraising dollars 80 million for a Governors race in Wisconsin, no more wars and rebuilding those countries, Elected Officials need salaries that are realistic and vote for working class people like farmers, construction workers etc.. not Lawyers & Judges (That is why this Country is screwed up) they only care about their fellow partner and corporate friends. Common sense does not exist in most Politicians (Lawyers & Judges) vocabulary. What ever happened to hard labor, maybe go back to the 50's, 60's and stop being so damn liberal. Let parents be parents and make divorce tougher, the kids are suffering.

Totally agree with you.. The sad truth being that people lie, they tell Doctors false symptoms that are hard to detect. The welfare system , pushed so much by the liberals in our society makes people into pawns,, pawns they hope will vote for them and keep them in power. The Liberal attitudes toward drugs makes it easy to make money dealing in them , if caught you get a free lawyer, and the penalties being handed down are getting less and less. Will be willing to wager that most of the people arrested down little or no jail time. A 25 or a 40 year old with no job, never had one, quit school, lives off others , free food, lodging , heat ,does not want to work even if given a chance, has back pain ya know, needs drugs to help it, etc has lots of time to think about beating the system. The court house in Malone is filled with people willing to show you how to get free money, until the attitude of the public changes this stuff is going to get worse and worse. The doctors are not to blame, if they don't try and do something for the people who complain, the lawyers will sue them for discrimination against the poor..

Its no different then a cop with 20 years or more on the job,who hurts his trigger finger and can't shoot any more. He goes out on Disability , then he retires. Talk about dabble dip. That happen all the time.
#10 Jun 20, 2012
some of the clowns we are talking about never worked a day in their lives let alone 20 years. Unless you count giving birth every nine months a job.

If you read the stuff Yup writes , you get a perfect picture of a person who is a parasite on our society. Takes what ever he can get, gives nothing back. Serves no useful purpose except one, he is a good argument for early term abortion.

You know, I have always thought the same thing.

The Fox News crowd, always true to the lowest ethics and desperate to deceive, appropriated my title at the above post, #20.

If there are a few VERY OBVIOUS DEALERS who have been operating in Malone freely and openly, why haven't you used your CONNECTIONS in the FEDERAL government to DO something about it?
OH WAIT...... I KNOW WHY....because you are full of 5HIT, as usual, huh?
#23 Jun 21, 2012
Hey Troll Boy! You aren't clever (obviously), since you are to weak to have your own identity and desperately try to assume mine. What you are is intimidated by Yup.
You can tell the difference, Readers. He is weak and intimidated. I am not.
