This is ridiculous! The state audit asked for him to be fired and yet they voted him in.....there goes our tax dollars to his Florida vacation!

As an addendum..what ever happened to the real hero of travesty..Donald Moll? Nobody gave a damn when he was marching in front of Comlinks for months on end. All the local politicos and ass-coverers looked the other way.Personally, I wouldn't know him if I saw him, but you have my respect. At least there is one person in this that has the balls to do the right thing..Oh..and Cathy..love the diamond tennis bracelet Rick got you..if it wasn't for Nancy ,you wouldn't have it..

Way to go Brian. Don't pay attention to the whiny former employees on here. They should have been working more, gossiping less.

Maxx the Skank is talking to himself in the two postings above this one. He is nuts, and do mark him with NUTS signs. And then report him. I do.

Now when you mark those posts with the "nuts" sign is that when you mark your own posts with the yellow light bulb and the green check mark signs? heehee

here's something for all the experts who said no one at Comlinks (staff) had confidence in Cassini: Why did they ultimately support him? And please don't say it was fixed, I know many of those that voted for him above at least one of the candidates who was extremely qualified.

Buggie you are correct. The only people that are complaining about this recent appointment are the ones who were chased out of COMLINKS for non productivity and rumor mongering. The agency is now in good hands.

No one with the exception of a 1 person in housing was let go for just being a poor excuse of anything. The others that were let go was due to funding. Cassini was not to happy with FG after he was written up for hiring him, he just need a good excuse to let him go he was non union.

That and 99% of the general public, idiot. Why don't you rephrase it....the only ones that like this appointment are Cassini's cronies.

Please refrain from petty name calling. This is an adult forum. Also, I have a large circle of friends that do not know Mr. Cassini personally, yet are happy with his appointment.
If you are not "Community2"(which I think you most likely are), you may want to get together with"Community2" and form a V.O.C. support group.(victims of Comlinks)at least you perceive to be.

I knew that with Comlinks being connected to the church that there would be some divine intervention and that a wonderful leader would emerge to take things firmly in hand. Best wishes Brian !

Maybe this man learned his lesson and will do a good job. Perhaps he was only doing what he was told by Nancy Reich before in order to keep his job. Time will tell. Honestly though, I don't think this agency can take anymore hits against it.

Once again... then why did the employees choose him above others?

Do we know if the employees did indeed choose him above the others? Total HR is very unprofessinal. Dana in charge is scary.

Regardless of what some opinions of TotalHR turn out to be, I have heard from many emplyees who voted, know all those in my program, and have seen the comments posted and know who they are from and yes, the majority decided on Brian. I did not. But trust my friends instincts and will wait to see if it was the best option. Everyone was scared the learning curve for someone new would be too harmfull to the agency.

I was afraid of that too, but I was willing to take that chance. I did not vote for Cassini either. I couldnt. I have been there for many years and it is very heartfelt to see the agency heading in this direction. I fear now it will not be long and there will be no more Comlinks. The NYS Comptroller stated in the report they wanted Cassini and BMG gone. This is rather scary. I have seen my good friends be cut from the agency and I fear we all are going to be right behind them soon. I hope I am wrong I take great pride in my job
