His property on Clay St seems to be gathering more trash! It's like its own disposal over there. And yes, nice attempt at trying to improve the appearance at Morton St. BIG FAIL!

His places on Academy St are just as bad, if not worse! They are full of druggies and scumbags. The authorities won't do a damn thing about the drugs being trafficked on that street.
