Why do people bring their carts heap with groceries and check out at the garden/lawn section of the store. Hey I just had a idea, heap a cart with all sort of garden and lawn items and go thru the check outs at the other side of Walmart. Oh dear, my large bag of grass seed just ripped open and all over the floor at the check out.

It is because those other lines are never staffed, so the two that are open have long lines. Some of us don't want to use the self-checkout lanes (Do I get an employee discount?). I check the garden section first, because it is always staffed, and there is rarely a line.

Contact a store manager and ask that more lanes be staffed.

Nothing saying I can't. And if my car is parked on that end, why wouldn't I?

Another thing: how come there is never any females out getting carts.....only guys?

Between that and signing up for the draft you never hear much from the equal rights blowhards.

For some reason it's 100% OK if they don't have to do these things.

I had 4 items in my cart. I went to the registers to cash myself out and there was only 2 open with lines a mile long. I went to #14 the tobacco register and that was loaded. At the very end I saw register #20 with the light on, and it says 20 items only. I went to this register and started to place my items on the counter and the very obese cashier flicked the light off and walked away.

What a great shopping experience!

Wow the things people complian about. I know a few people that always go threw the garden check outs theres nothing saying it's just for the gardening sruff. You want to complian why not complain about the people who bring their dogs in there. I know people who work there that say people are not supose to be bringing them in unless they are guide dogs. I don't think having them in a cart or your jacket they are guiding the owner. One more thing they would have enough people running registers if they would stop firing people for stupid stuff or pissing off employees to make them quit. And yes I always go threw the garden section less wait in line even though people go threw with a cart full of FOOD

It's probably because the lines are shorter out there. I don't know what happened to Walmart's policy of opening another register if there was more than 2 people waiting in line but I think they were more worried about a healthier bottom line than they were about people getting out of their store. It was so bad one night that one guy and I went over to the service counter and complained. The lady said that the parent store cut back on people and they didn't have enough people to work that night. I couldn't have cared less what the problem was. I just wanted to pay for my stuff and get out. We walked back to our line and every person in that line thanked the two of us.
They'll open one or two manned registers and then those self check-outs. What good are those if you have to write a check?
That's why the garden center has groceries going through it.

Probably my wife's cousin. She did you a favor by walking away. She's obnoxious. These days you seldom even get a "thank you" from them anymore. And after handing them your money so they continue to have a job, I think one is due. And if they're not happy working at a Walmart, I guess they should have stayed in school or paid attention better or got a better education. People want great jobs but aren't willing to do the work to earn them.

1.) You always get carts at the Malone Walmart?

2.) You have seen many women get drafted? Please give approximate dates of when you have seen this.

I have to admit I have seen a lady getting carts at the Malone Wallmart, but only the one time, and I don't think she even works there anymore.
As for the draft, I know of no woman ever drafted here in the USA, and since the draft hasn't been used since Vietnam to my knowledge, I don't see how any could have been drafted.
