They want to save money they need to look at the military's website and fill out a form and get computers from the government that are sitting collecting dust all over the US. Most of the computers are micron's or dell's and can be gotten as reutilzation, transfer or donation. If BM school officials just take the time and look they can get them free is i recall. Some may need some work like adding hard drives and memory other than that not much is wrong with them except warranties are up for military use and the military just gets new ones. Not only that they can get monitors, printers of all kinds and parts if they just took the time to look and find ways to save money not just at BM but all the schools in the North Country.

Also the same goes for school buses if they just do there homework and use the internet they can find really good deals on used school buses that are in great working condition. All they need to do is look thats why the internet is a great tool for areas cutting budgets and needing stuff to save money.

Okay i understand the need to save in everyway possible, but lets think about this for a minute. No computers for the students for another year, doesn't sound like a very good idea to hold back students learning abilities, since i have seen the test scores for the school on line, public can look this up for any school, google search. Odyssey of the minds and cheering, come on thats only cutting about 5000.00 total, what will that pay for really?! Hey i guess the students who don't have those programs to keep them busy can just roam the empty streets of Brushton and find someone to pick on, rob, beat, and or turn to drugs. Teaching jobs, mixed feelings here, if they really don't have enough student numbers to have those two positions then fine they should be eliminated, and from what i remember when i went there we didn't even have 1000 students. Now as far as the buses go, i don't think you can get used because this is the lives of the children and drivers, and you need to keep everyone safe, this falls to the school system and county, otherwise they are setting themselves up for potential problems, maybe even legal issues if an accident happened.
