Carmen, there will always be guys who have a go at women who act like sluts -- even those who have girlfriends. Remember Hugh Grant's little escapade with prostitutes while he was seeing Elizabeth Hurley? Lord knows, it was prime tabloid fare.
Of course Grant handled the scandal better than most celebrties. He got his act together, and then went on popular talk shows and apologized.
