We provide in-home care to the elderly and disabled in thier homes. Under the in-home program you can start out at $9.00 per hour and under the consumer directed program which allows you to care for family members or transport your client in their car or your own it starts out at $8.50 per hour. We can get a person help under the VA program if they meet qualifications. We also have a very skilled staff that can help with a clients spenddown if they need us. If you know someone who may qualify for one of these services just give us a call or stop by our office. Stop in and put in an application. We are currently taking applications for in-home and cds attendants. If you have any further questions come on by we'll be glad to explain anything to you.

In response to the question about weekends, you will have to work one or maybe occationally two weekends a month but the weekend schedules are not long.

There would be no nasty work like that done by any of our girls. We respect them as they are hard working honest girls and as many years as I have been in this kind of work I have never seen anyone have to do that kind of work either. Please put only serious inquiries and questions on here. Nobody appreciates or thinks it is funny to get filthy talking.

thats only if you are certified and not just for the common homemaker
try American Homes in Campbell
they will start you out at $9.00 an hour if you have any experience at all in taking care of the elderly
River Valley will start you out at $7.50,maybe $8.00 and there is no overtime there
American Homes will pay you more hourly and the overtime is there if a worker wants it and you cannot believe everything you might be told by Penny or Linda
i know for fact they will lie to you just as well as tell you the truth

You know it is a shame that some people I guess get a kick out of lying. Thats OK because Linda and I both know what we are made of. Doesn't matter a bit what you or anyone else might say about us. People just laugh because they know that we do care about people and thats why we left. I talked with Troy about a month before I left because I was scared for everyones pay checks! If things were still up to TROY, American Homecare would still be the great company that his brother started.
Now to correct your lie about our pay rate. You will received $9.00 per hour no matter who you are or what your certifications are as long as you are working in-home. If you choose to work CDS (consumer directed services) you will start out at $8.50 per hour. And another thing for your information, our girls and guys have already received a raise and we have just been with the company for a little over three months. And oh yeah the main thing, I don't need you or anyone else trying to tell me how to be a christian. I have a very good relationship with God and I only have to answer to him! Believe me I left because things were changig and no promises were made and kept to fix things. I was not job hunting, only praying and I also told Peggy Pace more than once that I didn't know if I could continue if things were going to be the way they were. And I do know that things have not changed and he can't make them put AHC back the way it was because I have friends that tell me they only stayed because of the weekly checks. River Valley pays twice monthly but that is no different than AHC for office personel. It was a wonderful place to work until Texas got a hold of it!
So please mind your own business about our pay rate because girls and guys believe me, we don't need clients from anywhere else because we are doing great just the way we are. And anyone that chose to come with us done it with their own free will. They do have that choice you know just like we did. You will be paid the salary that I said earlier and you will get vacation pay and you will NOT loose your overtime with River Valley. Promises made WILL be promises kept! Sorry none of this good gossip was true for you to keep spreading but we are in this to help our homemakers and clients. We are VERY happy people so just leave us out of your trash talk. Evidentally you are happy and that is great But if you were truley happy you wouldn't be on here slandering others. We aren't bothering you and their are enough elderly and disabled to take care of for us all. So don't worry about spreading your little crap about Linda and I because we have GOOD loyal friends and everyone will just laugh at you for trying.

Here are the facts.
River Valley pays ALL in home WORKERS $9.00 an hour and cds $8.50 an hour.
There IS overtime at River Valley, and insurance benefits.
No one has lied, Penny and Linda left AHC because they were offered better jobs with a very good company.
No one had to sneak around for any reason. That is just stupid.
Penny and Linda and all the workers at River Valley are doing great, very busy, and very happy.
Get used to it.
Your whining is getting very old.

You are one to talk! DO YOU WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THE BIG KNIFE? I got it in the back unexpectantly from am home care, BIG TIME. Oh, they were so nice to my face, really busted my butt for that company, then came the knife. thats how they treat people, so don't even try to compare what they are capable of. I know what they tried to do to me, it was awful, will NEVER forget it either.
