River Valley Homecare---Bucks Homecare Connection

Bucks Homecare was a 15 year old company that just went bankrupt due to the CEO taking $200,000 of the company money. She is now at River Valley, as are MANY of the former Bucks office employees.

I know this because I, along with all of the homemakers received a letter stating this happened and we should seek alternative employment.

If you do need any help with getting back to work I will be glad to help you whether you work with River Valley or anywhere that you choose to work. I really hate that Bucks had to close. I was very close to Bertha Buck and she worked so very hard to make Bucks Homecare successful. She was a very good lady and will always be remembered for her desire to help others. She was always there for me and all of the other homemakers, clients or who ever worked for her. She taught me so very much and I am so grateful for having the opportunity to work with her. She will always be remembered for her desire to help everyone that crossed her path in life.

I would really investigate River Valley and where these people used to work before I would jeopardize my self and family.

Well excuse me. I have nothing against anyone at River Valley except Petti Jones and all who are with her. I know Pennie works there and she also used to work for Bucks in the office.

Looks suspicious to me is all I'm saying.

I don't really understand how it looks suspicious. I have nothing to do with anything that went on with Bucks Homecare. It has been three and a half years since I even worked with them. River Valley is a good clean agency that would never get tied up in any wrong doing. I can guarantee you that I sure would have no part of crossing Gene Buck. I know that would be a fatal mistake and I don't see how any money got passed him either. I worked for them many years and I think that we should leave it to them to hash out what went wrong. I really dont understand how you would link me in that mess in the first place. You know more about them than I do.
If you want to work at a place that is free of all of the drama then join us because I promise you we sure don't worry about rumors like this and sure wouldn't ever get involved in anything that would jeopardize our relationship with the state. Just pick up and start all over. All of the others have already done that and could care less about what they have left behind.

Thats right. She is not at this time employed anywhere that I know of.

My wife is the one who started this thread and let me start off by saying, Penny, she is not in any way saying you had anything to do with the money thats missing or what happened at Bucks. Petty on the other hand is the one that GENE said took the money. Its not something my wife made up at all, its not slander either because all the Bucks homemakers received a letter from Gene stated that Petty took the money. Whether she did or not we don't know, what we do know is that alot of homemakers lost their job without any notice at all. People depended on that job to pay their bills and to be let go without any kind of notice is BS. I hope whoever did this to all these workers pay for what they did. My mom worked at Bucks for 16 damn years and this is how she was payed back???

As far as you go Penny and River Valley, We hope you do good in your buisness and you actually treat your workers with dignity and respect like they should be. Me or my wife means no harm to you or River Valley and hopes no one thinks any less of you and your buisness. Sorry for the misunderstanding and have a great day!

i guess lost job couldn't make petti look bad on the hayti topix so she is trying to slander her on the malden topix. petti did nothing wrong and it will all come to light soon. then how foolish lost job will look trying to bash petti. why would someone start a topix like this . . . not on one towns site but on two. just trying to stir shit i guess. didn't get you nothing but looking stupid. and now that we know who your MIL is, we know who you are.

First off, who the hell are you to come on here and say someone is foolish. You must know Petty because if you didn't and if this crap happened to you or one of your family members you would be really upset to. My wife has every right in the world to complain about 30 something people losing their job over some bullshit and without any kind of notice at all. WE don't care who you are and your opinion really doesn't count or matter in this situation. My wife was just trying to warn people about this because she didn't want the same thing to happen to them. I don't care who is behind the Bucks saga but I do hope they pay for what they did. GOOD JOB THERE! You just gave yourself away. the flow of this b.s. post is exactly how Gene would say it. "and who all are with her"?? think about it,,,if you know him well enough to defend him then you know him well enough to know how he writes notes and letters. you may want to stop while you're ahead because we'd ALL hate for someone to post his "history" on here and you KNOW it! everybody's read and knows how you feel and that's your right. but you have no right whatsoever to slander ANYONE,,,especially someone who bent over backwards to help you in your time of need without even thinking twice about it. if you worked there long enough,,,you would know this. and getting on here bashing someone who helped you out is a heartless and cruel thing to do expecially when you don't know the real facts. but,,,i guess money will make a person do some pretty shitty things to people without remorse. you should be ashamed. you KNOW Petti didn't do any of that crap. you're just trying to get on his "good side" because you know that he will reward you for it. and it takes a low down sorry excuse for a human to stab someone in the back who has done nothing but help you. you sit back and think about it for a while. you know his insanity and what he's capable of. he cares NOTHING about the workers nor the clients. he's set for life financially and that's ALL he cares. he's been heard saying it before.
