Facebook groups have already started and Mike Beaudet has already tried to make it sounds like an interesting debate with some negative feedback. Guarantee he'll do a "but some parents arent so sure" as if he really was the moderator for a good debate. But Mike runs smear campaigns and the people whose careers he ruins in a days work can't pick up the pieces and get the benefit of the doubt. Rally around his target yet but rally against FOX 25 NEWS as everyone in Malden is doing. Fox never admits wrong, in fact when criticized they just run more of the same to show that they are in power. Well guess what Fox 25? WE THE PEOPLE OF MALDEN are in power, not you. Just watch what a grassroots campaign of Malden students can get done, even against the multibillion dollar Rupert Murdoch empire.

second Malden's full of catholics so they know that plenty of anti gay people will say fire the guy but this isn't about a careful school board debate but a television character assasination and not the first one from Mike Beaudet at all. How is a school teacher supposed to defend themself when they are plastered all over watch fox 25 news at 10 trailers during fox primetime?

Saw a video with Mike Beaudet just flat lying. It's on dailymotion and needs to get onto youtube and facebook and get viral, like now.

nobody won on this except fox profits and another notch for Mike Beaudet. Not the school, the kids, the parents, the teacher.

theirs a thing in my skool called rox undercover….some of the kids hide with a flip camera and this one big kid has a fake mike. They always do it on gay little emo boys or once on a girl who stole someone’s boyfriend and jump out at the person in a back hallway with an interview that they put on myspace or utube and get everyone else to hate on that kid and its like fox undercover. At first I thought it was really mean but then I got scared that they would do it to my friends so I said nothing but I dont forward them anymore

I agree. Fox never bucks to community pressure or admits wrong because they cannot continue to assert power over opinion and their own agendas. I predict one of the following--

-- they have a discussion debate about it as if all of the outcry is really just feedback from their fans. Either way, they get the viewers
-- the guy runs a heartsy story next and everyone falls back in love with him
-- the guy runs a story on someone people love to hate (bad politician or rapist or child molester) and everyone falls back in love with him
-- they remain silent. no more stories, no comments, no firing
-- he quietly makes a lateral move like working for a different station (usually one that has fox ties or alliances)

Fox must maintain power and to do so your opinion must not be able to sway them into action. They will never apologize and never admit wrong. Boycott their local news and you can drive down the Neilsen ratings. I'd be curious to see how low you can get them.

fox relies on ignorant and pious people like you to defend the issue rather than oppose the approach. if someone thought that my daughter was in danger in her school (as this has been the case in other Fcked Up 25 Undercover segments) I would hope they would tell me and tell the school, not top off Fox so I could be shocked and misinformed months later. your intitled to your opinion about teacher ethics but the end doesnt justify the means and this is the issue. sorry we dont need more hate television.

this reporter brought material of a sexual nature to a school and deliberately alarmed parents so he could film their reactions. the circus he created has exposed all 1400 children at the school to issues of pornography and homosexuality. how do you think gay kids at the school will feel after seeing this teacher publicly ambushed? sorry but this teacher is a far better role model to children than this reporter will ever be. all he ever did at the school was coach and teach.

Another teacher who was previously not allowed to teach because of having done porn, has now been reinstated and the hope is that this precedent would empower other schools to support good teachers who have never been convicted of a single crime.
