Tony prepared my 2005 federal and state tax returns or at least I thought he did. The MA tax return reflected an overpayment of $3,800. I learned this year after MA DOR audit inquiries and notices that he did not file the extension and return as I was led to believe. Years ago I called him and called him to get my return and he never returned my calls. In fairness he never sent me a bill for his services but then again he didn't perform them as he was supposed to. Perhaps he can explain to my three young boys why we don't have that money now. Way to go Tony!!!!
