Since the newest tenants moved in beginning of June 4 neighbors have had their furniture stolen and the cops have been to the house on Thurs morn 3:30 am and three times Sat night Sun morning. Total white trash!!! They furnished their apartment with stolen lawn furniture!! I hope when they move/go to jail or are evicted they take the copper pipies out on the landlord and give him back some of the aggravation they have given the entire neighborhood. They sleep all day and sit on the porch drinking all night on our Section 8 and welfare checks. What comes around goes around I hope it hits them pretty quick. If you live nearby chain up your furniture and don't leave anything out. They'll steal it.

Another neighborhood gone to hell. Sad, it only takes one family to destroy a neighborhood.

Call the cops everytime you hear a peep out of that house. I know they arrested a girl over the weekend there. She was a scumbag from what I could hear her yelling.

It's going to be a nice sunny weekend so get ready for problems. The landlords name is available as the owner of record from the Assessors Office and he is listed in the book. They wake me up I'm waking him up.
Did you notice the trash piled up next to the house? Welfare checks don't pay for PAYT bags and they mustn't be able to "find" any.
When the Lafayette closes and the mice start looking for food I wonder where they'll go?
It should start stinking soon with all that nice sunny weather.

The absentee landlord's name, address and phone number should be posted here so ALL neighbors can call him whenever his tenants show total disdain for the neighborhood.

Better yet, neighbors could show up at his house and protest.

what do u exepect in a city filled with heroin junkies and cops that dont care. its time 2 move this city is down the tubes anyone stuck here will just fall into the pattern with the rest of this place. how can any1 raise a kid or be proud to live here is beyond me.

It gets worse. The pigs have not put their trash out for two weeks.

Since the Mayor's office has been involved it's been VERY quiet at 444. Hopefully they'll move soon since they can't party anymore. so sad. get a job likethe rest of us and get up in the morning instead ofsleeping all damn day and stealing anything that isn't nailed down at night.
