I am appalled that the Palm Bay Fire Department fired Brandy Hall back in 2006 yet did not take ANY action against Randal Richmond despite him acknowledging being 'involved' with Brandy Hall. He should not be a District Chief, a PB Firefighter or, in my opinion, even working for the city at all.

Richmond is definitely involved in this case and his story is very suspicious. He is way more involved that he is saying. If he had an affair with one of his delegates, he should be fired. Brandy did not do anything and she was fired. I work in an office where my boss was having
an affair with a co-worker (both married). It was a tense, stressful and sometimes volatile situation.

Did Brandy tell Randal that she is revealing the affair to PBFD or Jeff????
Did Brandy threaten to file an unlawful termination lawsuit (or harassment) against PBFD???
Or perhaps did Brandy try to end the affair???
Ask DC Randal Richmond and/or Anne-Marie!!! They probably have all the answers.

If Brandy exposed the affair, would Richmond have lost his job? Did Richmond get rid of her to keep her quiet and keep his job and wife/family intact?

Brandy's parents (The Rogge's) and Taylor & Clayton deserve the truth and deserve to know what happened to their daughter/mom!

I agree. What an injustice to Brandy's parents and children. Palm Bay PD should have done more to investigate Richmond and his wife, especially if there really were threatening texts and a confrontation with Richmond's wife, Anne-Marie.

I don't think Brandy is alive. I believe that
Richmond and/or his wife are involved with her murder.

A mother would NOT willingly leave her young children especially when Dad is going to prison.

I thought Brandy lost her job over the marijuana deal and not because of an affair? If it was because of the affair, I totally agree with you!!

Wow... I just saw the special on this case. I watch one of these every day for lunch. I've never seen a person with so much to lose, a story that doesn't hold up, a clear motive, no alibi, the last person documented to speak to the missing person, but yet Mr. Richmond isn't at least a person of interest let alone a suspect? Why wasn't Mr. Richmond asked to take a polygraph?

This case is sooo obvious...Wow what is it going to take for the law enforcement to stand up and really put the pressure on Randell (and/or his wife)!! There was a tremendous motive for them and the opportunity to create a misdirection had to occur that night, the night before her husbands court sentencing!! Did the polce review phone records for the days, weeks, and months prior to her disappearance? It's a close community between the medical/police/firefighter community and No one wants to be the one to speak up against a commrade, friend, boss for fear of repercussion or risk to their own reputation for starting the "ball" rolling against him without "ABSOLUTE" first hand proof; so no one says a thing!! Was Randell the one who convinced Brandy to leave work early that night with some sort of coersion or promise?? Of course she wouldn't reveal this to co-workers so she told them she wasn't feelng well as her reason for leaving early off her shift early that night. She called him within 15 minutes after leaving work that evening and His response to that is she told him she was going to "run away" from all the stress in her life; yet her truck is found submerged in a pond and her backpack in a seperate canal several months later??? His report of her conversation is so lame that it doesn't even match up at all with the circumstances found. He would have been better off to say she just called to talk about her worry about court the next day but for him to say to provide an EXCUSE to cover Brandy's disappearance is EXTREMELY suspicious!! Come on law enforcement- think about it and then do the right thing and bring this suspect in for some hard questioning, lie detector test, and press him for the details of their relationship and his and his wife's whereabouts that night! And I don't want to hear that they are providing eachothers alibis- that would be another joke!! Following their cell phone records of that night and the cell towers these were signaling off of!! Please be strong enough to stand up and ask some revealing questions!!!

I have been following the brandy hall case as well and it is so clear that Randall Richmond has some clear motive for wanting her to disappear and some serious involvement in making that happen. Why did he make up this lie that she told him she was leaving town? Why would he deliberately mislead law enforcement? Guilt does that. He wasn't just wanting to cover up the affair, he is protecting himself and probably his vengeful wife who in her anger over the affair, helped him carry out this murder and disposing of the body and evidence of it. They both clearly have no morals bc if they were honest they would have humbled themselves and just flat out told the truth about this love triangle and assisted in the investigation. THAT is what INNOCENT people do. It is pathetic this man still has a job in the city after this. Horrible as it is to face, this women was murdered and I pray her family has accepted that. What's done in the dark will eventually be brought to light. The faces of evil that continue to hide behind smiles in the public eye or at their Childs school events will one day be shown for what they are and what they did to this young mother AND her innocent children and family! Please don't let this go on much longer. Make these people pay for this murder.

Interesting statements found from Randall here:
http://www.clickorlando.com/news/Witnesses-Re...

"Neither of us were anywhere around. Neither one of us had anything to do with it. They've said that," Richmond said.

Well, Randall, just what is the "it" neither of you had anything to do with? This from the person who told police that Brandy was running away. So where was he "not" around the night Brandy disappeared? What did he "not" do? & why is he relying on someone else's word to try to make himself sound more reliable?

At any rate, it backfired, as the story continues:
But [Detective] Diebel said he has not ruled out the Richmonds as potential suspects."I can't rule them out because their statements -- I wouldn't say they're incomplete, but there's still more questions to be asked and answered," Diebel said. Diebel still wants to ask the Richmonds about an argument that allegedly occurred six month's before Hall's disappearance when she bumped into the Richmond's at a town festival.

Finally, Randall's other interesting statement:
"Sometimes I think she's somewhere hidden in the woods, and sometimes I think she fell in foul play, wrong hands," Richmond said.

I do believe Randall is revealing guilty knowledge of both what happened to Brandy, and where her body can be found. She met with foul play at his hands, and she is still hidden in the woods.

Also all the theories about Brandy faking her death or running away can easily be debunked by simple logic. If she'd faked her death, she wouldn't have put the truck in the water where it would wash the blood away.

Whoever wanted to pretend Brandy ran away made both Brandy & her truck disappear. He wasn't expecting her truck to be found within 24 hours.

The people who knew Brandy left the firehouse early that night are your suspect pool. Somebody dropped the ball on this case.

I hope this is solved soon!!!

I agree with all the smart people above me...The Richmonds have information to hide. Randall was barely looked at, at least as far as we know. And he had to act before Jeff Hall went to jail. With Randall's profession he would know how to burn a body, get it hot enough to destroy bones, then crush them and spread them with no trace. I feel for Jeff Hall...he messed up, but now is left with suspicion and the missing mother of his children.

Not only did Randall Richmond kill Brandy Hall, but his wife helped him get rid of the evidence. Unfortunately, justice will probably never be done in this case and that's not because the crime isn't solvable.

The crime has already been solved. Randall Richmond however, has friends in high places who have persistently guided the investigation away from him. Many people close to the case know full well he is the perpetrator. They simply choose not to do anything about it.

Sure, they will put on a show for the public and tell you "we're going to solve it", "we've never stopped working on it", etc. But the truth is, they stopped working on it the minute they discovered the Richmonds were responsible.

The best chance for "solving" it now lie with the FBI. They are the only ones who may be untouched by Richmond's convenient friendships.

After watching the story of missing Brandy Hall, I can't help wonder why on earth didn't the police department give a lie detecting test on Mr. RANDAL RICHMOND.? In the first place, he was the only one, so far, who has lied regarding Mrs. Hall's plans of "running away." That statement alone is deceptive. Her family & friends knew better than to believe that nonsense. I believe, in my heart, that Mr. Richmond & possibly his wife planned to dispose of Mrs. Hall. For the simple fact Mrs. Hall might have been pregnant with Mr. Richmond's baby & this would have ruined Mr. Richmond's reputation & career. That last phone call to Mr. Richmond might have been a conversation of meeting that night & causing her demise. That's my opinion & I'm sticking to it. God bless Mrs. Hall & her family.

I hope whoever was responsible for Brandy's disappearance gets the worst karma imaginable. And kudos to all the smart bloggers who got it right.... The Richmond's are sooo guilty, even the worst criminals are scratching their heads in astonishment.

Sounds like they all live in a little Peyton Place and everybody knows everybody. This is obviously a big political cover up. However, Brandy's family should not abondon hope. We have a little Peyton Place here in WV called Mingo County. If anyone has been watching that bunch of corrupted polititions fall one-by-one like dominos, they realize that every "dog" has his day. From the judge to the prosecutor to the judge's secretary and many more have had their little scandles played out in the news papers for the past several months. The whole darn county was corrupt, and had been for several years! Sounds like something like this may be going on in this situation. If that's the case, it will all be uncovered in time. Relationships, loyalties, and confidants change over time. It takes just one to break the cycle and "they all come tumbling down". I just hope Brandy's family lives long enough to see that happen and finds out what really happend to their precious Brandy. I hope I live long to find out. Although I don't know any of these people, I have a personal interest in the case. Does anyone know what happened to her children. Are they with their father? I feel for them most of all. God Bless!!!

Can I get an AMEN! I don't see that many people "disappearing" without help they didn't ask for. While a few of us thinks fondly of a deserted island vacation from time to time, most sane, stable people stay engaged with life, family and friends.

I totally agree that the Randells are involved although, I honestly think it was Mr. Randell acted alone but his wife has suspicions but decided to protect him. I think something happened between Brandy and Richard and Richard felt threatened, and he had to take care of her. Maybe she knew something that he didn't want revealed. Maybe she was going to make the affair public. My problem with "making the affair public" is that actually 6 months earlier the affair was technically out when Brandy and The wife had a verbal altercation in front of witnesses! And several ppl had saw the text messages (even though they didn't come out at the beginning and say that).... Brandy also, confided to one if her friends. So I'm thinking that, if it was about the affair getting out, why wait 6 months later???? News if the affair broke 6 months earlier!! Then, obviously they were still carrying on with the affair since she called him when she got off, so I'm thinking that call was really about him meeting somewhere so that he could lure her and kill her for whatever reason. Something happened to their relationship for him to feel he had to kill her. If the police could find out what was happening in that relationship, I will bet that they will find the key to her murder, or at least the WHY!
