The directors and officers of Mirabilis and AEM WERE PAID OVER 5 million dollars for 2006. They claim they had no decision making authority. What did they get paid to do? Edie Curry wants everyone to believe she did not know the duties of being vice-chairman or a member of the board of directors.-lol

Frankie? Frankie? Do they permit you internet access in the psychiatric evaluation ward? Are you doing your own typing or are you dictating it to Jodi, Jay or Shane? From your posts, it appears the meds have not kicked in yet. Today is July 1, 2008, you’re a disbarred convicted felon facing a laundry list (pun intended) of criminal charges. And no matter how much you blame others, you had sole control of the cash and did what you wanted. Reread your interview with Jim Leusner. As you so clearly said to everyone,“It’s all my money.” Take your meds, Frankie.

You make Amodeo's point he hired the best professionals, advised the government of the plan and then allowed other executives to implement and review. If they were right then he should not be concerned because he followed their advise.
...Dunno how accurate your first 3 premises are...But, allegedly following the advice of hirelings, doesn't sound like a solid legal defense--if a defendant stands (personally)accused of violating criminal law...
...Just a general observation--not necessarily specific to Frank Amodeo and whatever is going on in this long-running Mirabilis show...

Amodeo was not allowed to sign on any Mirabilis accounts, nor any of the PEO accounts. It was well known he was not responsible enough to handle a checking account. Further,Ghost if Amodeo is nuts now , he was a 1000 times worse in 2005 and 2006. The question is why all of you executives went along with Amodeo's ideas. It is a good thing he did not tell you to start throwing grenades!

Isn’t interesting that…
Everyone, including all the outside counsel at Presidion were wrong until Frankie showed up
All Mirabilis 33+ executives, attorneys and CPAs were wrong
Mirabilis’s public accounting firm, James Moore & Company was wrong
Mirabilis/AQMI/Wellington/Amod eo law firms (and there were/are many) were all wrong
Mirabilis’s insurance carrier was wrong
Suntrust bank was wrong
Janney Montgomery Scott was wrong
Bank of America was wrong
IRS dealing with Presidion was wrong
IRS dealing with Mirabilis was wrong
IRS dealing with AEM was wrong
DOJ was wrong
FBI dealing with Presidion, Vandenburg, Baiers, Burcham was wrong
IRS/CID was wrong
Cadent Bankruptcy trustee was wrong
CSRV and Anthony Huff was wrong
The Worker’s Comp carriers were wrong
The bankruptcy trustee in CSRV was wrong
All 80 companies that Mirabilis/AQMI/Wellington etc., etc., acquired were wrong
All PEOs before they were acquired were wrong
The little old lady Frankie scammed in Atlanta was wrong
The United States Congress was wrong (therefore, Frankie was going to control them by 2012)
Claire Suzanne Holland was wrong
Frankie’s videotaped ‘mock deposition’ was wrong
All the doctors who prescribed Frankie’s bipolar meds since 2001 were wrong
Randy Gold, the AUSA was wrong…
EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE is/was/continues to be wrong EXCEPT Frankie, the disbarred, convicted felon...
So, if Frankie so brilliant, how did he manage to surround himself with all these wrong agencies/companies/investors/b anks/entites/people/department s/ etc., etc.,
What were all these wrong about?

Remember at Mirabilis Amodeo was the consultant;Holtz was chairman and Hailstones CEO. In other words the corporate governance experts were also the officers making the decisions. In Enron Lay signed the documents,at Mirabilis Amodeo did not sign nor did he have authority to sign. Hailstones had authority and did actually sign. Somehow Hailstones is trying to blame it on Amodeo because Amodeo told him to do it.

All fair observers are waiting for an explanation as to why Hailstones listened to Amodeo>

...Well, not quite. Dunno what the jurors bought about his so-called tax advisors--but they didn't buy the prosecution's main case. A weakness there vs TopDog defense attorneys played a role...
...Still, Wesley ain't off the hook, unless-or-until his conviction on the lesser charge is overturned on appeal...The judge seems doubtful...

The problem with the opposite view is Amodeo was never in the authority pyramid inverted or otherwise. No transaction was possible unless authorized AND executed by someone else. It would seem the government's problem is they want Amodeo alone, but cannot accomplish this without revealing the true agenda.

...The other problem is: Proof, or lack thereof, about who stood where on the ladder/pyramid of authority...
...If, as you claim, Frank Amodeo was totally absent from that structure, he and his lawyers would have been gone from this (alleged) case loooong ago...They ain't bumpkin dummies, after all...:-)

The government has chosen to ignore this evidence. Interestingly leaving solely in Amodeo's possesion until embarassed in bankruptcy. Also the attorneys who have presented this evidence have been threatened with prosecution.

This case seems to have serious fairness and civil rights issues.

All these individuals must be claiming they were unaware that the 150 million plus dollars from Presidion were not derived from unpaid taxes. Otherwise each would have had a duty to stop the flow of funds, several would have had a duty to warn Amodeo of possible illegal activities since they were his attorneys and all had a duty to the companies and their respective professions to not participate in suspect conduct.

Since none resigned for at least a two year period and none failed to take any money-actually most demanded tens or hundreds of thousands after they left Mirabilis-they all must have been unaware of the source of the money.

...They don't have to explain anything to anyone--unless and until someone with legal authority compels them to do so in official court proceedings...
...No, that's not defending them, it's just a fact of RealLife...But the legal process has been grinding exceedingly slow (if at all)--and that raises even more questions, about the alleged investigators themselves...
...The entire mess has become awash in fakery...
