Hanford Andrew Sutter, Was he convicted of insurance fraud?

A current Maitland resident, Mr. Andrew Sutter was charged and arrested about a year ago (3/20/06 Wesh.com ) for fraudulent claims on wrecked autos to a tune of $800,000. I was wondering what was the outcome of the arrest? Was he convicted, found not guilty, plea bargined or is it still pending? Anyone with information would be appreciated.

I wouldn't take the answer to this too seriously. The Attorney General from Orlando Florida just called me last week as I have information regarding his case. His case is still pending and it would take an idiot to admit guilt on a public forum such as this.

The charges were dismissed - there was no fraud - just the business rivals making up trash where there was nothing. Remember the big picture - Its the Insurance Companies and a little guy.

Michael Towers is not in France he's in Longwood, FL. He was in the Car Rental business and claims recovery business. Very SHADY not really trustworthy.... was very good friends with Andrew Sutter........also car rental and claims recover and also SHADY-not trustworthy either. They did business together-they both felt they where getting screwed and then started screwing each other...hence the vendictive action taken that was followed up with a criminal investigation. Just watch your step with these two becasue you are bound to step in shit when dealing with either of them.

I find it interesting when people who know nothing have so much to say when they can remain unknown. Mr. Sutter and I were friends and I did at one point start doing business with him as an outside vendor. Within a short period of time I found him unwilling to listen to my counsel regarding his policies and procedures and terminated my contract with him. As for the investigation into his dealings, I will tell anyone what I told him not too long ago. The prosecutor screwed up and if he was charged with everything they had I think the outcome would have been different. I know this because I was asked by the lead investigating agency at the time (FBI) to help them review documents and educate them as to how the claims industry worked as applied to car rental industry.

Anyone who attempts to insinuate that Mr. Sutter and I share the same views on proper claims handling is doing so to gain favor with someone or wants everyone to think they are in the know. The truth is they know nothing.

I have always been and remain open to having this discussion with anyone. If after meeting me, expressing your feelings and allowing me to explain where you may be right or wrong you still want to post a blog about me then you have earned tht right and I will respect it. So far no one has earned that right. For the record I have never been in France (except at Epcot) and the only affiliation I have with the oil industry is at the gas pump like everyone else.
