Mrusek, a resident of Maineville, Ohio, pleaded guilty late Tuesday to conspiracy and tax evasion charges before District Court Judge Michael R. Barrett in Cincinnati, the Justice Department and Internal Revenue Service announced.

I believe both dentist should receive the maximum sentence for their crimes. Also, they should receive the maximum of fines. Why should they be allowed to skate out on what they owe? I believe their financial assets should be investigated. Since they have been dishonest about paying the taxes, their bank records should be scrutinized. I wouldn't be surprised that they would have off shore accounts.
