Man awaiting retrial in wife's death freed on bond

A southwestern Ohio man facing retrial in the bathtub drowning of his wife has been released from jail on $400,000 bond.

This is what is wrong with our society! A man kills his wife but gets set free on a minor technicality! Our system is so screwed!

He may or may not be guilty, but he has been set free because society wants to make sure his rights are not violated. He might only be free for awhile, if he is guilty he will go back to prison. Its a small price to pay to let him go free for awhile to make sure the constitution is followed.
