Ummmmmmmmmmm...you obviously haven't been keeping up with the latest thoughts on the whole "alice" scenario.
We (and by 'we' I mean the perceptive people here) have decided that "alice" is actually a man, who uses plenty of names to post. Not a cowgirl, and probably not even from North Dakota.

I used 1 nick.

I hear people that uses 3 or more is a sign of multiple personality issue =). of course it is yet to be proven.

I hear some people uses different nick to argue with themselves or support their comment.

I even heard some uses different nick to stage an unwanted debate or topic to lure others.

Some just have reason to use 2 or more nick for their own enjoyment. I prefer and only need 1.
