Magnolia extends borders to include housing development

In order to plan for future growth and development, the City of Magnolia has entered into an agreement with local landowners to extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction to encompass an 1,100-acre site east of the Magnolia Ridge subdivision on FM 1488.
