it is yet agian another unsolved casee that the mpd has swept under the rug because they thought there were drugs involved. i wonder what happened to a lot of people growing up there over the years. mpd doesnt deserve theyre new painted cars and the high praise they get. the half of them are as crooked as the drug dealer on the corner selling to your kids.

Talk about some bullshit. I mean they supposedly had a suspect with a confession but then all of a sudden you hear nothing. Like the whole thing never happened. It just keeps me wondering cause i was at that party.

When your a suspect, and your grandfather comes in and empties his pocketbook, now your not a suspect any more. Works every time in Columbia county. Has for years.

And ossifer, if your a cop and don't agree with that statement, your either part of that problem, or just dumb a door knob.

I could not agree more. But this happens on the lawyer/prosecution end of the stick. Not at the lower department/officer level. Always makes the police officers look to be the bad guy.

It was CCSO NOT MPD that worked the Chris Armstrong case and a man was arrested for his murder after giving a confession, however the body was never found even after Mr. Whiddon tried to retrack his steps and take the police to where he and his brother had dumped the body. Just saying if you dont know then dont act as though you do.

Maybe someone knows more than the law do, I'm pretty sure the Whiddon boys don't have a rich grandfather.

Oh, and I've always wondered why the guy who left with David Hunter has never been questioned about David's disappearance. Seems like even a person not 'trained' in law, would know to at least question the person who was last seen with him.

Might as well face it, the only thing the laws are going to do is write out tickets and collect the fines and they really don't need new cars to do that in.

I couldn't agree with you more! I still wonder why David Garrett was not questioned. What is REALLY interesting is that in my uncle David's missing person file....no one in magnolia was questioned except one person and she was being questioned about counterfeit money and at the end asked if she knew anything about him missing. They questioned people in minden over the phone. It was also said that he was in minden last but the dates actually come to magnolia being the last siting. If for some odd reason they didn't give me all of the file then why? Why would they tell me his case was turned over to Louisiana and Louisiana tell me that they did not have the case? It only took them a couple of months to start investigating after he was reported missing....
