I know what Finn says the suit is about but this all started when Ashe (along with every other sheriff in the state) refused to support giving private security firms more power. As to the rest of your accusations, I guess we will know soon if Ashe is guilty as the trial is underway. I don't believe he is guilty of anything but doing his job.<quoted text>
Boy are you misinformed...or trying to misinform others. The suit, i believe,is about misuse and abuse of power, slander, liable and lies!harassment. oh and about arresting those same people over and over....well if the officer can't maintain professional bearing and be honest, then they don't need the badge. It is NOT okay to abuse it even if you are sick of any person. also, some people are repeat offenders...some i believe are TARGETED! So excuse what you want...hope it happens to you or yours so then you will feel the sting of injustice like so many in jackson county have. But for now...enjoy your status! hope it lasts..huh?
As for honesty and professionalism, you either didn't read my post very well or have a comprehension problem. I didn't excuse anything but I can understand officers getting frustrated when they arrest the same criminals over and over only to have the courts give them a slap on the wrist or set them free. That is the problem with "the system". I will never believe that officers "target" innocent people. That doesn't mean they don't know who the troublemakers are and keep an eye on them. But, there are too many real criminals to deal with.
You are not a very nice person, I would never wish anything bad on anyone's family. Life is too short to waste on nonsense. I do know if I break the law and get caught I will be punished. It will be MY fault and I will not make excuses or blame LE for my bad judgement or behavior. I was raised to take responsibility for my actions, as were my children.
What status? Law abiding citizen?
