NM projects receive homeland security funding

New Mexico national security initiatives in Los Alamos , Albuquerque and Socorro will receive $43 million in federal funding.

Where is this money coming from? The last I heard this country was in a recession.

We'll just keep "borrowing" more and more from the Chinese and the Saudis. After all, they're our allies; they couldn't have anything but our best interests at heart, could they?
