His assertion about Logue and AB32 seemed sort of twilight zone-ish. He (the author) seemed to be saying Logue was elected (mark one for Logue), but that the California voters had rejected his plan to stop AB32 (mark one against Logue), insinuating Logue was out of touch with the voters.

That argument is misguided. Logue ran in this district while the vote on stopping AB32 was statewide. Perhaps TUCHINSKY should review the statewide results of the election. He'd see Boxer and Brown won with wide margins. What he should have addressed is whether or not AB32 lost within this district -- if he had I think he'd of been saying Logue represents this/his district -- most of the areas outside the urban LA and SF areas lean center right....

One of my favorite sayings is...

"You don't have to be wrong for me to be right"...

All of us are right...and...All of us are wrong...

But...

We all should realize that each one of us has a seperate valid take on issues...

We are all valid observers...

The developed brain is a wonderful thing...

One needs to realize that what we say is totally important to us is not really that important to us in the long run...

Perspective...

So...

The other person does not have to be wrong for you to be right...

Brad, about how Prop 23 did in the district: The vote broke down to 47.8% in favor of the proposition (i.e. against AB 32) and 52.2% opposed.

I'm thinking that Logue's mailing was a bit of saving face after the defeat of prop 23. I think Logue's real ambitions lie with inheriting Wally Herger's seat. If Wally steps down in the next two years, expect to see Mr. Logue file papers just as quick as he can.

Dan Logue has humiliated this district with his writing of Prop 23. Add to that his sponsorship of anti-environmental legislation (and even a vote against a smoking ban at State Beaches) and we have, well, a real climate denier radical on our hands.

Logue is vulnerable. It would be good for the Dems to work hard to find a candidate that can restore our district's reputation to one that loves our beautiful environment. After all, isn't that why we live here?

May I suggest you increase your bran? You do have a rather nasty and foul disposition, and are clearly full of sh**. I have no suggestion though for your paranoia, unless of course, your healthcare covers a lobotomy.
