We could instal a waste water turbine at the bottom of the hill, making money off the pressure created. Something more for the public leaders to fight over, study and charge the taxpayers for. All we would need to do is filter out all of the Paridise druggies needles.

Paradise Mayor Culleton told the Chico council that Par≠adise doesnít have any room to annex in order to build a plant, because itís between two canyons and Maga≠lia. He asked to have the issue
researched.
