cops better enjoy the easy work they have now - arresting peaceful potheads that aren't committing any violent crimes, because very soon, the cops will likely be dealing with MOBS OF HUNGRY PEOPLE STORMING GROCERY STORES !- think it isn't going to happen ? wake up, people - THIS 'SOCIETY' WILL BE COMING DOWN, and, it's sliding down fast !

YOU MEAN HORDES OF DOPE SMOKERS WITH THE MUNCHIES STORMING GROCERY STORES! Since when did the police stop investigating NON-VIOLENT crimes? A crimes a crime, not to mention the child stuck in the middle of this dope growing culture. I have seen it time and again. Oh, since you think the cops have something better to do, are you gonna call them when someone steals your crop at gun point??? It appears the 420 has already effected your reason..

"It was also discovered that Evans was selling his pot to a dispensary in Sacramento".....

Why golly gee, I thought pot dispensaries were honest and caring places only for helping sick people. I had no idea they are shady, illegal and profiting businesses.

Since there was a baby involved, hang the guy by the short hairs.

Home prices continue falling reaching record low levels in America's largest cities. Unemployment has remained at between 9 & 10%(not counting those who have run out of unemployment benefits) despite the passage of the nearly Trillion dollar 'Stimulus' package that was pushed through with the hope that it would keep unemployment from going over 8%.
And, as ar a 'peaceful potheads' not committing any violent crimes, I offer one name: Jared Loughner.
Have a nice day.

Hello Publius2. You should get your facts correct before you go spreading false testimony. That Jared creature was taking massive amounts of not only prescription Psych Meds, but also smoking Salvia Divinorum, a hallucinogen. Marijuana DOES NOT make people violent. I tried to provide a like to the article that talked about which Meds Jared was taking, but they pulled the article. It was in a Houston paper. Big Pharma can't afford to let the cat out of the bag that their Psych Meds are behind some of the worst crimes in American history, Columbine, Ft. Hood, Virginia Tech and now THIS, all of the people involved in those atrocities were NOT ON MARIJUANA, but they were all taking Zoloft or Paxil or some variant thereof. That kid Jarred was a sick puppy and to blame Marijuana or some Ideology, is an attempt, by some, to take advantage of an ugly situation to further the agenda of certain political parties. Rahm Emmanuel's famous quote comes to mind, "You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before". This tragedy has been politicized and used to further certain peoples agendas. That kid may have smoked pot, BUT that is not what sent him off the deep end.

I guess you missed the story about Loughner being turned down by the military recruiters for his use of pot. But your statement proves yet another point as far as Loughner and many like him are concerned - and that is marijuana IS a GATEWAY DRUG. By the way, I didn't say that any of the other killers you mentioned were doped up. Nice try though.

Hello Publius2, I did not miss that story about Jarred Laughner being turned down by the Military for Marijuana, I just don't believe that pot was the only reason Jarred was turned down. The military does EXTENSIVE psychological testing and I am sure they figured out that this guy was not only CRAZY, but, that he was on a ton of prescription meds. They {the Military} will not SAY it was prescription meds or that he was CRAZY, but they will take any opportunity to demonize marijuana and people who use it {sorta like you did}. I also know that "YOU" did not say that those other killers were doped up, AND I never said you did, What I said was that, BIG PHARMA does not want Americans to know that all of those people mentioned {including Jarred} WERE on prescription meds NOT MARIJUANA. Perhaps you should take a course in critical thinking skills or reading comprehension, or at least go back and read what I said again, because you are way off of my point. I was NOT attacking YOU, save for your lame statement about marijuana being SOMEHOW involved in this CRAZY persons rampage. This guy was CRAZY PERIOD! Couple that, with the fact that he was taking HEAVY psychotropics {SALVIA} AND Prescription Meds, and then you may be getting somewhere as to WHY this guy snapped, but I will tell you this, IT WAS NOT MARIJUANA, that made this guy go off the deep end. Also, as far as the "gateway" drug thing is concerned, it is total FICTION, a tool, and a propaganda piece for fascist's who want to control what people put in their bodies. People who are going to rob you for money to buy Chrystal Meth are NOT going to spend that money on MARIJUANA, they want Chrystal Meth, not pot. People who are going to drink a 12 pack of cheap beer and then get behind the wheel of an automobile are what you should be worried about. How many Marijuana related deaths, rather from overdose or automobile accident can you point to as compared to alcohol??NONE.... Alcohol and Chrystal Meth are WAY MORE DESTRUCTIVE than Marijuana.
