But I know patients that know when their doctors appoitment are a head of time. So the patient stays off meth, weed for a couple of days to get them out of their system, until the doctor visit is over. They do this just incase they are tested. This one woman sells her perscribed pain meds. She keeps just enough to take before the appointment to keep meds in her system for the test. The system needs random drug testing. The testing they got now any one can pass while also taking meth and etc.

They need random drug testing. Patients know that they are subject to testing at their appointment. Very easy to beat the system. Its like beating a dead horse. Or a dog and poney show.

All I know is that you cannot get a prescription for meds from one Dr and then go to another Dr and get the same prescription for the same drug .

If you have money to spend on weed then you don't need food stamps. If your growing it yourself you have too much free time get a job.

By tumors, you mean barred from school grounds and cannot peek in on the boys while they use the potty, right? Too bad Grapvine lake's closed, or you'd at least get second best. Right Fish?

This program is good in theory, terrible in practice

Way too many loopholes for it to be comprehensive.

There needs to be a central clearinghouse for these reports instead of different agencies handling them

The governor should appoint a task force to implement this

Not true, your doctor has to order the report. Not all do. I thought the same thing when my partners behavior drastically changed that there was no way she could be taking more drugs or something other than what was prescribed. She was getting it from three doctors two in state one out of state. The pharmacy knew but could do nothing but fill them. They needed the doctor to order the kasper. The pharmacy refused to help even when I went to them with the evidence.

That's not the case anymore, kaspers are required at every visit if a script is given

The pharmists I called said they could not do any thing. Pharmacy can not tell you ,who the patients doctor is. They said call the law.. But you have to prove motion of descovery. Which is hard to do. Untill some one od's on the patients medicines..
for sure

Well I had a script for suboxone for 2 months back in may and June went to the dentist like 6 months later had a tooth pulled. The dentist ran Kaspar and told me to take Tylenol and have a nice day. I just wonder what the protocol will be if ever I have surgery or something major? How long is this gonna be with me?
sure

I had surgery and it was no problem on pain meds. It dosent take long. It depens on the medical conditions. Even if you was in the system. They still help you. But I can think that if you get caught tooo many times crying wolf. And you know the story on crying wolf. If you keep getting in trouble and then when you really need it. What happends! Don be playing with the system.

Yea thats the truth! After a while the real truth comes out. I do agree that testing shpild be done with out notice. Every time a person gets a doctors appointment, the patient will assume that testing will be done. thats a no brainer when it comes testing times! There also be a way to test to make sure all of his meds have been taken in the patients system. I know this one patient. She sells or trades her medicines for different things. She keeps a couple nars saved to take a few days a head of time just before the doctor visit. So the doctor tests her to make sure perscribed medicines are in her system. The system is easy to get around. Shes got cancer and the doctor dose nt want to not prescribe her meds. Shes in pain. But how much is she in pain to trade or sell all of her meds. off? Need to come up with an invention for better tracking of medicines?
