i know some of those people that live on that road and they are upset--strangers going in and and out of there--youth may be putting this on but they need to be in a non residential area--not in the middle of a neighborhood bringing all walks of life down there--that only causes new people to see what's in the area for them to steal
for the sake of those residents hopefully it will be the last year of that--they'll find somewhere else to go
You do realize people go to the trail at DARK and I am pretty sure no one has the intention of scoping out your stuff at NIGHT while they have there kids and family with them. I would HIGHLY recommend if you have a problem with the trail you go talk with MY husband and I instead of putting your concern on a website. We are good people and almost everyone in that area knows us so that means we know you. Thank You for yor insight on what ALL the residenst of the area have to say. If there is anything else we can help you with or anything you would like to talk to us about you can come this friday or saturday to the trail. We would be happy to discuss any concerns you have. We will also let you go through the trail. We hope to see you soon.

Thank You Cassandra Stringer OWNER

My husband and I (Adrian and Cassandra Stringer) are putting it on and a portion of the money is going to our youth group at Beulah CrossRoads Missionary Baptist Church so they can go on a youth trip.

Ok i went and Its ok. But heres My opinion and thats all it is an opinion. I have gone to several of these including tallon falls out of town and haunted house at gatlinburg and evansville. Locally the best place to go is winders farm nightmare manor. They have the haunted trail ride, the haunted house and a vortex for 10$. Whispering Woods has one thing for 8$. And as it is their first year i hope things get better for them. But winders farm has My vote hands down. On another note I know tjat young kids run both of these and looks like both are church groups. I commend both of these places Because at least some of these kids are off the street and doing something productive. Good job to both places cant wait to get scared next year.

Those people are always drunk acting a fool. I work there and we've had to close it down early for them coming through acting stupid. We are on our property and can do as we please on it. Thank you, have a blessed day.
You all were looking pretty good till you mentioned the drunks causing trouble! Okay, so you shut it down. Not before they had some stupid, drunken fun? If they are acting that way, you may not want to publish that info. Wish you all luck with your trail, sorry that I won't bring my kids now.

Like Cassie and Adrian clearly wrote; if you have a problem with it, talk with them about it or simply don't go. No one is holding a weapon to your head forcing you too. And another thing, it is done on property that THEY OWN! We are not responsible for the way idiots around them want to act. It is good, clean fun, enough said. Be glad someone around you is giving these kids a place to go that doesn't have a negative influence for once.

Well unfortunatly, we won't go. I am just glad I came to this thread to find out what a rude church group this is! You all should conduct yourselves in a less condescending manner. This does not give one a very good impression about that church you say you are trying to help! If the owner and employees had not acted in such a tacky way, the drunks would not have stopped us. Again, I wish you all luck! A better attitude would have gone a long way to promote what you are doing!

Yes a better attitude would but who would let their kids work somewhere that drunks have shut the place down! Im a concerned parent now Because alcohol causes people to.get hurt and if they had to run off drusos doing estúpida stuff someon could get hurt.

Sir/ma'am, I have no clue who you are, but all you're doing is contradicting yourself. You say you have not been yet, but yet you just posted that had we not acted in the manner we have, which I'm still wondering which manner that is, then the "drunks wouldn't have stopped you". How could the "drunks" have stopped you if you have not been yet?

Wow AK what they are saying is they havent been May have come and the drunk comments would not have stopped them However the rude way that people who are supposed owners are commenting is rude and tacky. It looks bad on the church that these people are raising Money for when a christian comes on and is rude and tacky toward someone.

I think all of you are reading way too much into everything you see. Parent; everywhere you go now a days there are drunk people, what are you going to do? Make your kid stay home 24/7? Let me know how that works for you.
As for everyone else on here being upset and taking offense to every little thing, get over it. You're not 6, quit your whining.
And AK, I'm pretty sure they're big, grown-up adults, they can take care of this themselves.

Well queen I happen to know i have taken My children to winders farm in mortons Gap and there has never been talk of drunk neighbors causing a scene and it shutting down. We have went several times and We enjpy it every time. And im not sure exactly where you take your children but My children have never been anywhere I can recall that someone has been drunk and acting belligerant in front of them.

Boo hoo hoo. Well since you like them so much why don't you shove them up your ass. I have no clue where either of these are and have never been. But really, why are you going to believe everything you read on a website?! Especially one like Topix. Only a true idiot would. Hello idiots.

First of all, read the post by the owner that says "some of the money will go towards youth trip". Second, go back and read post by "dollyworld" that says they work there and refers to the drunks.
I had seen signs for the place and ask people but did not get any answers. Sometimes people post info on topix that is actually worth reading. I looked for info and simply did not like what I read. You don't have to cuss at me or tell me not to go because I am not. Also, since you just want to post comments towards any negative thing said about the place, it seems you are closely related to it. If you want to defend it, and this goes to the owner as well, posting rude, scarcastic comments on topix is not going to build a very positive opinion. I am all for kids having a good place to go but you all just make it appear this place is being ran by a bunch of belligerant people. You have to "politely" deal with the bad reviews as you would the good. The bad reviews can help you improve your buisness and help it continue into the future. For the last time, and for the kids sake, I wish you luck!

I didn't mean for anyone to take the drunks a wrong way. It is a good, safe environment. Everyone I've talked to loved it. People like to take positive things and turn it bad. Good lord

And although they did it in a wrong maner I know they only did it because they care about us.(BUT NEXT TIME LET THE ADULTS DEAL WITH IT) I am sorry and hope to have better responses in the future thank you all for your imput.
