Bill Adelman- elk creek/ pyro

Bill Adelman is in a position with way to much authority and has used it to his advantage! He has ran elk creek straight in the ground with his lack of knowledge and the bosses he's put in place to run the mines. It's going to h*ll In a handbasket he has ran off most of the good men who worked there and replaced them with inexperienced miners who they can brainwash. That's not fixing the problem they have or giving the veteran miners and hope that it will get better. David Ross needs to clean house and get it back on the track it needs to be starting with all upper management and even look at replacing Jimmy pride! it's like a dictatorship with to much authority! Adelman is a snake in the grass and put a smile on his face while he's cutting your throat and pulling the knife out of your back. Its nothing personal but it's the cold hard truth and it needs to he addressed before we lose all our good men and have nothing but kids wanting a paycheck working with us! It's really getting bad.

I wish he would cause I could draw some unemployment off his worthless a** and enjoy some time off!! He ain't gonna fire anybody he can't keep who he has. Just think, If he fires me he can hire some punk like you and screw your eyes out!

I have no desire to climb the ladder there, I want no part of that corruption. Apparently you havent seen adelman's true colors or someone has to run you out from underneath his desk every morning and wipe your white mustache off. Ita pretty obvious that yhe mines has major problems and he eiyher doesn't know what to do to fix them or he doesn't care about fixing them!

u don't have to climb alliance uses lips and all u have to do to git In Management is be a dumbass look around at them. It's a joke

I worked for BILL several years at Warrior. I was hourly and in supervision. I didnt agree with everything BILL did, but someone is the BOSS...
I dont see how you can say he has run ELK CREEK in the ground or ruin it....He has been HCC or Elk Creek from the beginning. Statistics dont lie!!!!
ELK CREEK has won the SAFETY CHAMPION for ALLIANCE for 2nd year in a row!!!! JUST SAYIN!!!
There will always be supervisors you wont agree with..but they didnt get there being wrong.
When you hired in you told them you were willing to do what you needed for a job.... You said nothing about your opinions on how to manage a mine.......
If you dont like it leave!!!

Warrior- I have been at elk creek since the doors open myself, and that was 7 years ago. Stuff changes in 7 years and if you've been in the mines very long you'd know management usually doesn't last that long! I was told by several guys who have been at warrior since Roberts Brothers owed it that elk creek was a blessing to them ad a way to get adelman out of warrior. And safety is up to the men, adelman cant go hold our hand so dont give him the credit.... It's up to us to be safe. U Wanna get on here and give an opinion when you have no idea of how the past four years have been, ur basing it off your experience at warrior and that's not the case here! So stay at warrior and call adelman and suck him off through the phone since you think he has hung the moon, I'd say that's why you were a supervisor! Go tell matt pride or Bruce Morris how much you love him, they'll give you an opinion that is close to mine as well. If I didn't live 2 miles from work I would leave but it just woyldnt make much sense to leave when there is a fix to the problem would it!!! So tell me what I should do since u know so much about him? I'm not getting under his desk so don't give me the advice that worked for you
