Cap and trade was the governments further attempt to let coal get their act together before shutting them down. The environmental rules on air and water pollution have been on the books forever. But the state never enforced anything because they were always bought off my big coal. But now that it's a national government issue, big coal can't afford to buy off the number of Congressmen they would need. As far as Josh goes, the only thing I don't like is his abuse of the stupid to get himself elected. He isn't the only person to ever use that tactic. But he loses my respect when he plays that card. I don't know Josh's competition any more than just seeing him around town. But I honestly don't prefer him either. He may have the experience, but I couldn't tell you anything he has accomplished in that seat. What it really comes down to is that I'm disappointed that someone here feels the only way to win is to do it underhandedly. I want more from someone representing me.<quoted text>Did politics play a part in cap and trade? It appears to me you don't like Josh. You are the one one thats stupid and full of shitt. You just proved it by your comment. Talk about a moron. Do you like to play dirty politics? Of course you do.
