Just a word to the wise..if you are in the market for a new car, avoid this lot !! My family has shopped here for years and I was on the market for a new car..i couldn't talk blue book from that idiot salesman talking campaign nonsense!! I took my business to Moses', it was further to drive but at least I had the car salesman's attention, and he wasn't trying to shove his politics down my throat. I hope they know they lost a BIG sale and my family WILL NOT continue business there.. they should be handing out business cards, not campaign material!!!

I have also got great deals there. They all are so nice. The service department is great also. What was you looking to buy when you was there?

I have had my car 'fixed' numerous times at Steven's. It was purchased there and I am young and didn't know where else to take it. Let me tell you that I was cheated a million times over how much things should cost, I had my AC fixed about 5 years ago (cost me an arm and leg, about $300+) and it broke within a year, had it fixed over the summer by my father-in-law ($7 for a can of stuff). Then I have had to have a belt replaced and it cost me $400+ and they told me they had to take out my engine and transmission and such, had to have to 're-fixed' this summer and it was done at my house by a neighbor without having to take everything out. Then had my oil changed and they had put the wrong filter in my car (my car is a ford which they service/sell not a foreign car or anything)

They just cheat you out of everything and lie to you. I will NEVER purchase a car from there and will never go back! I also make a point to tell everyone I know how horrible they are!

i like everyone at stephans auto but i myself have never been able to deal with them they dont want to work with anyone on price and payments so yes i to have had to travel to charleston to buy my vehicles and i have had several different salesmen to help me they are great people but they need to change how they do bussiness a little

I will never shop at Moses. I bought a SUV from them and have only had it for 3-4 months and it has been in the shop 5-6 times.(Under Warranty) And they keep "fixing" things and they arent ever really fixing the real problem. I am still having the same problems.

thorn hill close to chapmanville is a rip off to. my husband had a truck and took it to thorn hill and they blowed the motor.
