this is pure slander and could result in a lawsuit you people need to wise up the privacy for topix where it says they will not willingly reveal your info to third parties is talking about selling your info for marketing there are internet rules in effect today topix has had to turn over many names whish resulted in lawsuits you are also not allowed to post namrs of children under the age of 13 due to the child internet protection act if someone wants to file a civil suit against you it is very asy to do.saying such things about a business is cause for legal action. I am not an attorney but do work for one and we have brought 3 lawsuits against topix in the last 2 months so bloggers beware its not as secret and safe as you think people just have to start the process which is cheap to do.just some advice.

If you read the terms of use you should also know that there are copyright laws in effect. If you chose to post it becomes property of topix. Therefore copyright laws apply...

You may work for an attorney, but you still don't understand that anything on this website would be considered Libel, not Slander. Slander is spoken, while Libel is written. Just thought I'd be helpful and let ya know that!
