RNboo29 wrote: I just bought the complete woman multivitamins, took one pill and pissed the whole thing out. NEON yellow urine! From what I learned in Nursing school, if your taking a multivitamin and your urine is a yellow orange color then regardless of what metabolic issues you may have going on be it ketosis or anemia, your urine should not be neon yellow, that is a sign that your body is NOT absorbing the vitamins. These vitamins are crap and these people have no healthcare background. DO NOT BUY THIS SHIT> waste of money. You will urinate yellowish urine but not because your body is not absorbing the vitamins but because your body will absorbing what it needs and let whatever you don't need just pass through your system. This happens a lot with B vitamins.

Anyone with side affects, had you been working out prior to this? Or did your work outs begin after taking it? When did the side affects occur? Before or after the workout? I need a little more detail. I see that it works for some and for others it didn't agree with them. I am thinking of just buying the protein shakes. I think that it might be one of those "go into your own business" type products if the price range is different from different sales people. I've heard mixed reviews too.. I'm thinking I should try it anyways. I'm athletic but I don't eat right. Maybe it will help me. If I do try it I will write most def write a review.

dave wrote: <quoted text> u probably work for the company moron!! Why are you copying something from 2010? You obviously cannot come up with words of your own. This product is not going to be for EVERYBODY! Back in 1992 I did a system called Quick Trim. It was from GMC as well. It had vitamins I had to take 4 times a day a strict diet plan and yes week 1 I had to drink 2 gallons of water a day and week 2 it was 1 1/2-2 gallons a day. Talk about going to the bathroom whew. So you see people, it all goes with whatever plan you choose. Nobody forces you to reach in your wallets or purses to pay for this product. THIS IS YOUR CHOICE PEOPLE! If they tell you it is a money back guarantee, get it in writing- clarify they will refund the open bottles as well. Dont be nieve this is your money, your body and your choice to purchase. You can't put blame on anyone but yourself. THERE IS NO MIRACLE PILL THAT YOU CAN TAKE AND SIT ON YOU BUTT AND DO NOTHING AND EXPECT TO LOOSE WEIGHT. GET UP AND BURN SOME CALORIES. IF YOU ARE DISABLED GET SMALL WEIGHTS OR SOUP CANS USE THEM FOR YOUR ARMS. USE MEDICAL TAPE AND TAPE EXTRA SOCKS AROUND YOUR ANKLES FOR YOUR LEGS AS WEIGHTS BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL DONT OVER DO IT. I am not a doctor or a nurse, but I have taken care of my father before he passed and he was disabled and bed ridden or stuck in his chair. I also have to sometime encourage my mother who has some muscle illnesses to do the same things. Believe it or not I am as well disabled I have days that I am stuck in my chair due to back surgery gone bad due to having seizures and trying to heal from that. I have permanent nerve damage so i cannot work out extensively myself. So I say to you, if the shoe fits run with it if it gives you blisters along the way take it back maybe try something else. Good Luck to all of you and Best Wishes

I have noticed some very strange side effects like: angry, irritated, short nerved. NOT like me at all. So if anyone wants them...you can have mine :) You should not be taking two fat burners together in the first place. Clearly you do not know how to take product in the first place so how about you get your information first and then blame the product. Its easy to come onto one of these forums and write how it "was the products fault". The reason you don't see as many good reviews as bad reviews is because the people who had the good results got the right information about everything. I had great success and it is because I pushed myself. Its called a "supplement" and not a "crutch" for a reason.

I am sorry to say but you are misinformed. I have done a lot of research on IGF and other products alike. IGF does not help you to gain mass it is used as a lean muscle gainer NOT MASS. I am sorry to hear you did not get the gains you wanted. I have used the Titan and CX5 and i love them and have seen great results. Supplements are not going to work unless you make lifestyle changes i know for a fact. For example are you eating 2000 to 2500 good calories and carbs a day? 1 pound of protein per pound of your weight? Changing your workouts? Working out atleast 3 to 4 times a week? You might be interested in doing some research on the GFC 200 by soto supplements. I got mine at Complete Nutrition and have loved it since first taking it. DONT BLAME THE PRODUCTS, BLAME NOTHING BUT NOT GETTING ENOUGH INFORMATION PEOPLE

I went in looking for a supplement to help me feel better and help with hormone balance- I asked if products do not work or if I have reaction to product could I return the product and get a refund. I was told that they back the product and that they would have no problem with the return.
I started taking the product 217.00 package and started to feel very sick with heart hurting chest pains, stomach vomiting, dizziness, aggressive feeling.
I tried calling the store in regards to my complaints and realized I never got a receipt and also the stores online listing had the wrong number. I live 200 miles away and had to drive back to the store. When I brought back the product they refused to refund my monies and laughed in my face about the situation. I plan to contact our better business bureau and need be take them to court.
I feel that I was totally lied to and mislead about this product. I beleive that they should be investigated.

I spoke to the guy at the store ad nauseum and he said if you have any side effects you can exchange the product for a lower dose of the stimulant, says so on your receipt as well.

Yes, Complete's products are expensive, but they are great products. Also, your not paying for the product your paying for the service ( or what you should get) If your not happy or it isnt working correctly (pain, no results etc) they will exchange, return or adjust your diet and or workout to get back on track. I dont see other stores doing diets, workout plans, sending thank you cards, or calling to make sure your happy?

Complete Nutrition is a huge scam. There are no set prices. What costs one person $300 will cost the next $150. The reason they can afford to fluctuate the price so much is because the wholesale cost on their weight loss kits are $21.00. So no matter if you spend 150 for a kit or $300, they are making a killing. Aside from the huge mark up, they are basically selling you caffeine pills marketed as "weight loss pills". They just hide the fact that it is all caffeine within their "propitiatory" blend. AVOID THIS PLACE!

First off I will say if you have any sensitivity to caffeine do not take this crap. I can drink 2-4 cups of coffee a day and not feel this shtty. If you need a constant flow of caffeine then get it from coffee or the likes. This is not good caffeine and it will give you the jitters and anxiety. I'm not sure when caffeine turned into youth hormone replunisher? Yes I realize there are other ingredients besides caffeine but since when is it necessary to have a constant flow throughout the day from a pill in conjunction with test booster. Not a good combination. Requiem for a dream much? Sht made my chest tight within 15 minutes of taking it the first time. If you need caffeine for a workout then use a pre workout. The crap in this stuff is not natural. I can't even sleep with the night time stuff that comes with the charge pack. If you are looking for gains then use a strength vitamin pack with a blocker like pes erase and some natural tribulus. I've gave the charge a week thinking I just needed some adjusting to it but it's just worse. That is a fair amount of time. I was on the suggested routine as stated above and thought I would change it up being that I've cut down and bought in to the media hype of the charge pack. What a load of sht. Unless you just don't care about side effects then by all means go ahead. I am really not looking forward to readjusting to sanity. I realize this is an old thread but I just don't have the patience to register on complete nutritions site. I'm sure they would just love to publish what I wrote. My advice is take that 160 bucks and do some thorough research and shop around for some more natural stuff. You will come out a lot better. I promise you the fancy box and poster for this stuff is just a marketing ploy to push crap on consumers. There is no magic pill.Diet and exercise!

All of you folks that feel you must critize Rosy because of grammar and spelling need to grow up. An individual tried a product and had adverse reactions and decided to warn others about her experience (at the cost of ridicule I might add). Responses such as learn to spell as a single response astound me. You offer nothing up to the forum in terms of the product and just spend your day combing through reviews to criticize? What a sad person. Every product indeed works different for individuals based on their ability to tolerate specific ingredients. Stores like Complete Nutrition are not selling you products that cannot be bought as individual supplements cheaper. That is not the idea...if you were motivated enough you would have already researched and purchased those supplements. Instead you went into a store and paid for the motivational speech and some knowledge on what types of supplements would assist you in reaching your specific goals. The price you pay is not for the product...it is for the value of the product and the information along with the motivation to change your lifestyle. If the approach works and the dollar amount does nothing more than motivate you to eat better, sleep better, and increase exercise, then throw away the pills and just be happy you are on the right track. It was never the pills...it was the change in lifestyle and the motivation to do so. If they provided you that...probably money well spent.

I absolutely lost weight using reveal, however most was water weight and I felt really anxious. I do have high aniexty normally, but this product really increased it. It is tolerable, but I stopped taking it. I switched it for the TONE product, which is supposed to be a vitamin with no side effects, so we will see. If you want to try this product, but are worried, I would recommend asking the manager if you could sample it before you buy it (and they do have samples to give out).
