I think the best way to aquire land legally is with US Marshals around coastal lines and other. Homestead on a partial of a acre and wait until US MArshal assists with court formalities to determine what duration of time in court you can live or maybe develope.
Most was unlawfully aquired alot of land available over 25 acres to each human being alive and more, Murder of LOT OWNER not parcel of property to rent as mortgage.
