Where do people workout here? Anyone know of any Gym or facility that offers yoga or Zumba classes?

There is a place on 31 right beside the new restaurant Connelys and a few other things in a strip mall there.

My wife went there a few times and liked it, she said there are never guys in the class so I never gave it a try myself and just run on the trail or go to the gym beside the dry cleaners right down the road from the studio.
