Sex offender arrested in Volga school parking lot

Brookings County sheriff's deputies arrested a registered sex offender Tuesday afternoon in a Sioux Valley High School parking lot in Volga.

How can you tell if a local sex offender is lurking around the neighborhood? I looked up the local sex offendes on the web site and there are a few that do not show their picture (Picture not Available). It's been that way for a long time. don't they have to register when they come to the county? And at the same time have a current picture taken of them?

I noticed that also. There are two on the list with no picture. How do we know who they are. I'll call the sheriff's office tomorrow.
