So the incompetent officials in Milltown decided to sugarcoat the original utility increase by lowering the number from 87% to "only" 70%.
Well, my neighbors and I received our bills the other day and three of us are over 100%. It's disgraceful that no one has tried to apply for any kind of state aid or grant. There is zero accountability in Milltown. Just take a look at the shoddy paving job going on at Albert Avenue park. What was the plan there? There is no symmetry to the paving. The top of the beautiful Belgium block curb was not protected and is now stained by the ugly black asphalt. They hurried this project to get it started before there was any opposition, then left it half done for us to look at mounds of debris and construction vehicles all winter. Would you officials like to have this done at YOUR homes? Milltown is home to ALL residents. Treat it that way or RESIGN!!! |
