District's texting policy ruling - on hold
As far as Madison High School junior Mindy Tolson is concerned, there shouldn't be a debate about whether students and faculty or coaches should be able to send text massages.

I say as a current student at Madison High School. Yes, cellphones should not be allowed to be used in the classrooms. If a parent shall call the student while they are in school it must be important. Let them answer it. If a student is in the between time of classes they should be allowed to use their cellphones. It's their time. They are not learning.
