Rightly so! Where were the campus security. There should have been so many safeguards in place. This is a private college. The administration must have realized somewhere back in the 60's that college kids drink. Right or wrong, is not the question. It goes on. I think it should have been 75%. I guess the administration there is more interested in solicting funds from the alumni. The should all be reprimanded.
