Police say both victims described the man as being of Middle Eastern decent, 5-foot-6 to 5-7, with dark hair and a bald head.

"Sometimes I walk to the train in the morning, so that concerns me obviously if there's someone walking around," one resident said. "You just never know what the next step is going to be, like if they might start on that toe sucking thing."
