So on their study shows That Jefferson County ranks in the bottom quarter retaining Residence.?, I wonder why??? Whats all That property 4 Behind CVS and big boys on Clifty drive??? We could develop it if the council and the Mayor would stop there greed Start offering some real tax breaks And real incentive, To bring business to Madison and keep it desirable for future businesses and residents . You want an retirement community go to a nursing facility .Keep downtown as a tourist attractions ..and get the hell busy and buildingy On top the hill give tax breaks And incentive Until it feels like it's going to break us. When it's all said and done Well all benefit Because they'll come here to Build... And won't feel intimidated by your greed.. every time somebody talks about building here they back out???
